    How do you handle the customer who just want know the cost of repair . After the example you gave in this video what I think is, you have a good customer on the phone who understand everything. But my question is, how you deal with the customer who listen everything you had to say & then still ask for cost of repair so in that purpose how you convince that customer to bring in to your service shop?

      +Ahmed Sheikh As a business owner myself, I will say people shop around based on the price is those who don't understand the importance of every other aspect in auto repair or even they understand, they just don't put them on top of their priorities. One of the most important thing in auto business is the trust/reliability between customers and your business, so what I would do is I will actually listen to their problem, give them suggestion about the situation, make them believe your shop is legitimately a competent/trustworthy/professional shop instead of a bunch of jobless people who just want to sell their labor. The reason why I said the last sentence is because many times people just underestimate the skills/knowledge/professionalism of an auto mechanic, or even look down upon them as blue collar.But as a master of physics myself, I know how important all those characteristics I just mentioned above are for auto repair to be a success.Hope my answer will be helpful.
