@@christianoazzuro6711 In Brazil they were /are much popular than many other famous band! These songs I`m gonna mention were big hits and most of them were recovered by local artists: "Fernando, Chiquitia, the winner takes it all, Super trouper, Lay all your love on me, Andante andante, I have a dream, Mama mia, SOS, I do i do do.., Happy Hawaii, Dancing queen, Money money money, Hasta manana, Honey honey, Take a chance on me, One man one womana, Eagle, One of us, Ring ringl.." all of these were hugely played on the radio at that time. I thinks these were their biggest hits in Brazil. Strangely "Thank you for the music, Voulez-vous and Does your mother know" weren`t big hits here! Oh I forgot to say! A fab song from Abba's fantastic ST album that was coated with a honeyfied maturity and was also the band's 6th n01 LP out of 10 in the UK.I got some beautiful childhood memories blended with this song. At the time popular UK mag for youngsters "Smash hits' gave the album an awful humiliating review (as usual) and also hinted its future artistic and commercial failure, but who cared.....Even before released there was a record of an upreceded 1 million pre-saled copies there also making it in the World record Guiness book.It rocketed straight at N01 for 9 weeks and also became the best seller album of the year in less than 2 months(early Nov.-Dec. 1980)!

13 November 1979, touching the end of their European tour, ABBA were performing in Glasgow, Scotland. Björn was tired of concerts and life on the road. Missing his soon-to-be wife Lena who had stayed in Sweden, he had her on the phone that very same night. The thought of soon reuniting with her gave him the strength to go on. That’s where the lyrics came from apparently.

Well Luke, thank you for this video and return with your reaction and comments to ABBA songs
    "Super trouper" (1980)
was the nine and last single #1 to ABBA in UK ; and it was the #1 (with the album too) the day than the iconic John Lennon was murder
It's the opening track in Their seventh album "Super Trouper" , that was #1 too in UK and several countries of all continents
This album included the most heartbroken song "The winner takes it all" , it shows how versatily ABBA is, two songs different in style and lyrics and lead singer, and worldwide hit too
in "Súper Trouper" you can hear clear the brunette Frida amazing sweet as a lead singer, the blonde Agnetha fantastic in second voice (as could see specialy in the second verse of the official video), and a beautiful melody with power and catchy chorus (with 'a capela' parts)
"Super Trouper" is in my Top10 of ABBA songs and my Top5 of Frida as lead voice in ABBA songs
Another great song with Frida in lead voice wich have an official video is
    "One man one woman" (1977)
See you in the next video to ABBA songs
