Today was the first day where I was able to come close to having my feet flat on the floor for downward dog. When she had said that we might not be able to see progress but that we are making it, she was correct.

WoH, thank you Charlie, my 64th birthday today, I must say as a complete beginner, my most challenging yoga routine yet, I stumbled a couple of times, with first attempt at "Tiger Pose," and three legged dog knee to nose, difficult for me, but I persevered to the best that I could. Thank you for helping me feel this sense of achievement, even though a little "achy," back tomorrow for sure🧘♂🙏

I did this one again this morning and I'm leaving today's one for tonight. My god that camel 🐫 back bend was challenging! My back was nearly stuck there. I hope everyone is still with me 3 days to go but its the journey not the destination 🎉

Busy day today fitted the practice before bed so happy I did. I stuffed myself with pizza 🍕 this weekend so doing those ab exercises makes me feel better 😂

Even with padding under my knee, grabbing my foot was impossible because my knee hurt so bad. I recently switched from carpet to hardwood with my yoga mat for my wrists and balance, which has been great. But not great at all for my knees. Feels like I’m kneeling on glass. any tips?
@charliefollows - Don't know if the background effects you're using are synthetic or from your location. If the sounds are natural, it seems as though someone is perpetually operating their trimmer during this series. I don't mind the sound (it's subtle in videos) but I'm curious if this is the sound I'm hearing, or if I'm misinterpreting it? If someone is running their trimmer 24 hours a day, when are you planning to do a video in their immaculate garden?

I usually am on a hardwood floor with my yoga mat. I used a pillow for my knee during Tiger Pose.

I have a gardening kneeling pad I use when on hard floor for Pilates. Would also work for yoga.

couldn't do the camel pose as i started to get a little lightheaded so had to sit that one out, but it was still a good practice
My 74 year old body enjoyed the practice. This followed your 15 minute gentle practice of day 25.🫶🏻🫶🏻
