I MADE MY COOL DOWN BUILD LAST NIGHT FOR MY OP SKILLS AND IM LOVING IT!!!! I'm at 88.79 OP school down. I use 4 micro missiles. 2 20.0 sec and 2 15.0 sec cd op skills. I made two random suits and the cool down reduction still works perfectly. Loving it man.
full burst and full open attack only effect parts equipped not builder parts also swap the backpack for full armor unicorn it has 2 missile type op skills that will fire off or use the doven wolfs for its 2 and go w the serpent custom arms w gatlings it procs also w gats and missiles and use full armor thunderbolt body for full burst since it had missiles too xi legs are good for missiles op and ex i think ball head also works for full burst given its literally a cannon too btw so thats another option btw dont run the dmg awakening it doesnt stack w meter dmg bonus at lvl 9 which is 50% all dmg stick w defense mode so you are just hella tanky and run a trance for the melee speed movement speed etc do that and you should just become a walking missile salvo unstoppable everything will be intimately aquatinted w the floor and anything that isnt or cant be made to be will have a hard time damaging you at all
I have been trying to min-max full open for a week now and I can say that the BiS in terms of awaken burst dmg are: Head: none(ball head doesn't fire) Body: heavyarms R-arm: perfect Strike Freedom L-arm: stark jegan but a lot of close contenders like abyss, zeta, etc. Legs: Xi Backpack: strike rouge Ootori, strike rouge iwsp close 2nd almost negligible difference(probably some critical distance for guided missiles-- needs further testing) Shield: none There seems to be a critical distance for Full Open to get the maximum damage and they also seem to vary depending on the parts used/OP available on the parts. And no, the double gats from serpent doesn't fire if you don't have its Gatling guns equipped as your primary weapons. One thing to note is that both Xi and Perfect Strike Freedom R-arms are the biggest contributor to damage if you're going for that. They simply outpace all the other options. The rest of the parts don't have that much advantage from the rest of the options, i.e., Ootori isnt as OP as Xi and Perfect Strike Freedom. Also, cancel EX and cancel combo is kinda funky for guided missiles-- they only boost the direct hit which is just a very small portion of damage. They work for Full Open but it's not worth it if you are using thunderbolt body for missiles and guided missile parts. Cancel combo(not cancel EX), on the other hand, could be worth a slot if you use heavyarms body and Gatling/Vulcan parts, i.e., gundam NT-1 arms, etc. or if you use non guided missile OPs as your bread and butter. The biggest thing, for sure, is your choice of weapon type-- beam vs physical. If you kit heavily for guided missiles, you should use a physical machine gun, I've only seen one physical Gatling gun so far.

I'm using the OP micro missiles version of this build as my "farming crutch", along with a low level machine gun to maintain combo while NOT killing everything while waiting for their parts to respawn. (If RNGesus will not come to the mountain, I will bring the mountain to RNGesus) 8 micro missiles, stacked OP cooldown methods, one OP tab being 4 pairs of micro missiles, everything else up to how you feel today. (hard part is staying engaged enough to time your volleys to maximize your parts/kill instead of sleepwalking through the stage in 30 seconds) P.S. You don't need "elite" OP cooldowns, just the right ones - OP cooldown on hit and on break in almost any amount will give most rapid fire multi-shot OP abilities permanent uptime. (If RNGesus doesn't like you, beat the problem over the head with every OP cooldown you have that applies to your chosen "parts stripper")
I thought there was no hope for long range, but you've restored my faith. My only gripe is that you can't move during guided missile and bazooka blasts
"Base" OP CDR & OP CDR on hit still work and stack, but you'll have to work in some "normal" burst attacks instead of having constant uptime. (Almost feels like actually fighting, then it's over.)
The truth is 80% is more than enough for unlimited Missile build. I have a build with 80-90% using 3 space. 2 space for reaction speed pushing it to 191%. Just need the Reduce OP cool down : when part lost. It is like no cool down.
Welp try changes the missile with Freedom rail cannon or Railcannon part in build part, they are going insane damage too but sadly its only for single target lol. Ngl this missile spam it just what it should be, probably made the one with same build but using only Palace Antene backpack xD.
I have a similar heavyarms build all i do its send out a bunch of guided missles the whole time cooldown its pretty good fromparts lost and op skill cooldown in general its really fun

The missile pod ex part is broken after on none bosses 8 of them with cool down clears everything just itself lol it's nuts

Recirculation/reuse abilities from beam saber and shield. You get them from the gramps ecopla you can buy from the shop
