Beautiful work. Thanks for the tips. If you could briefly show the bottle labels we could take screen shots to use as reference. I appreciate that you describe where you get your supplies and the particular ones you use. For guys that just do this as a side hobby we don’t have time or money for a lot of experimentation. When I start hearing mindless chatter I flip videos off and go to something interesting and/or instructive and helpful. Yours is excellent. Detailed and concise. I definitely subscribed. Thx
Brother I do believe this is my first video with you. I hv seen alot of different lure artists. That is the very best bluegill I've seen painted. I'm looking forward of more from you.. im a taxidermist and this lure painting is new to me as of waterbase is too.. I want to try this for my own use. Not to make money. I rather fish as eat . Thanks again Brother for you sharing your knowledge with me . From Alabama here.
Gillectable! Awesome paint scheme, a wonderful looking Crankbait! I’ve been watching your Videos for years, you have shown me that less is more, and believe me that’s hard to wrap your head around before epoxy!
Another awesome video Frank! Any chance you can take a picture of all the paints you used and post it at the end of the video for a few seconds? That would help a ton.
Hey Frank you said that you shouldn’t use the UVLS in your gun, what do you use to spray it. This is a very impressive gill pattern. Thanks for all the info.
What I was trying to say is don’t leave it in your airbrush, because if it drys at all , you will have a problem, I love using UVLS just reduce it good and you will have no problem spraying it through airbrush .5mm.
@@customlurepainter just started painting about two months ago and watch lots of people work. You are one of the best I’ve seen. Love your work and will continue to watch your videos. Thanks again for all the help you’ve provided.
Also as you do, I don’t market or sell lures per say. An occasional one here and there. Like you, I work 7-days a week in a foundry and my time is limited. Also, I don’t have a couple thousand blanks on hand. Think maybe my number is somewhere between 10 and 12 thousand. Lol. It’s an addiction.
👍👍👍👍👍 Thanks for the visual aids! I really like your stencils, apparently made on a 3D printer. Happy New Year!!!

Yes it is
question for you when you're doing your lures what kind of paint are you using
Water base, auto air and wicked.
@@customlurepainter okay thank you very much
What orange is that for the belly?
Wicked Orange
Best lure in the contest, hands down!!!!
Why would uv resin not stick in some spots on a lure any ideas?
Could be chemicals you clean your airbrush with, chemical reaction
All I use to clean it is water and rubbing alcohol. Might be from not wearing gloves and finger prints?
Which number eye do you use? thanks
On this lure 7mm
