Why did John Anderson keep randomly appearing to explain something we already knew!? The success had gone to his head this season, was when he grew that top knot ponytail as well.
I kinda feel bad for her. She seemed like she had a good personality, but started most of the season injured, and couldn't make much impact at the end. Outside of "light" events like Hit & Run she had Duel too despite looking like one of the more spry Gladiators like Lightning, I feel she wasn't given a fair showing. But alas, she was gone after this series
She wasn't fully fit most the series and I think Fox was only there as a replacement for Gold(though it may have been Siren!?) but they tried her out on a few events but she was still struggling so ended up just being a bit of a crap Gladiator. She came back for the second Springbok Challenge and was apparently alot better.
The amount of injuries on the women's side took a toll as it weakened the quality. In another season, Julie and Wendy wouldn't have been semi finalists.
Malibu in American Gladiators was probably worse, guy got dropped halfway through Series 1 due to being so shit lol. In fairness to Gold she missed the first half of the season due to being ill or injured(forget which) and maybe hadn't fully recovered by the time she came back

Just how good was Falcon on Duel this season… RIP 💓
Rebel and Vogue were being kind of heelish in a few episodes this season. They must have been pissed about those weird Ashes comments.
I like Julie, she's a good contestant
30:54 "A quick burst of sunshine..." (LOL)

John: This is my one chance now to get even with him. DO ANOTHER THOUSAND!

Did Gold ever beat a contestant in any event?
As far as I'm aware GOLD shot Audrey in Danger-Zone but that's about it.
Gold also beat Audrey on the Tightrope in the final

@@Ecd4life23No, she didn't. They dropped her before the final
It was a shame Julie didn't win the whole thing that year. Lovely lady

John Anderson:- This Is My One Chance Now To Get Even With WOLF, DO ANOTHER 1000!!!
Wolf:- 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
4:18 Yeah, especially since these were the pre-Drew Brees New Orleans Saints.
Oof, rough Gauntlet for all contenders. The Glads were really mean on the night.
36:08 COBRA'S Feet Were Over The Finish Line So He Should've Released Piers & That Should Be 5 POINTS To Piers

Cobra taking Gauntlet tips from Warrior with the pinning as well.
John Anderson seemed to ignore this rule a few times, Fox and Cobra did it on other occasions and got away with it.

That Sumo Ball kept on swinging after the Event finished.

Julie is lovely, kit suits her
Miss u warrior

23:48 Poor WOLF gets Saddle-Sore
45:00 What Are They Chanting? Mi,Normate?
Julia Chang was there
Where abouts?
why no warrior in this season??
Hunter used to regularly cheat at swingshot by knocking the balls of the cylinder and not attempting to tackle the contender.
31:25 Wolf is a big crybaby!

@@sonicranger8481 what a stupid comment that’s just for the camera you absolute bell end 🤣

Julie struck gold in tightrope 😝

Lovely lady
Nice
All the female contestants should have worn the knickers, much better
And we have a more than helpful male crew on stand-by if they need a little help
@@davidfearis7335 I'd definitely be on hand
You can’t score when assisted back. That red should not have counted.
In the UK version the score still counts if you are assisted back
10:54 major babe alert
At first I thought you were referring to Meg but I see what you mean.
Gold is the worst gladiator ive ever seen in any of the entire series including australia and other countries, absolutely useless
