Mitchell is a fantastic player. But the poster (as they admit) is supposed to be the most influential, representative players of those teams. The poster is not about gratitude or gifting something. As per their criteria, it isn't. If Mitchell had the same exact stats as Caitlin's, if Mitchell attracted such massive crowds, then yes, by all means, she should be there. But she hasn't and she doesn't.
