- Northwood has just released a new version to SCP: SL's 12.0 private beta. This version includes lighting re-works, room re-works, bug fixes, accidentally adding new glitches and more! In this video I will show you all the new changes, new glitches and the new SCP-079 and SCP-939 gameplay! I hope you enjoy!

Man when I saw the ghostlight effect on 079 I was so amazed by how logical it actually is! Really can’t wait for this update!
Yeah, I am so happy I got to capture both Ghoslight and micro being used with PC's camera
079 is even scarier than before, also seems like a bug with the zoom, seems annoying if it'd keep doing that all the time.
It only did it for a little bit, just like not being able to ping

I contacted the server owner of ravenguard and collected data for them regarding the connection issue. No idea what caused it
Haven't looked at SL's recent updates and seeing 939 on 2 legs was something i wasn't expecting and honestly froze up because of it

When will they add colour to 939's hands? It makes sense that they'd be coloured since objects up close are coloured

At 0:54 it looked like 079 acessed Bhot thermal imaging? can you toggle that or is it only in a blackout?
edit: Also I noticed that you could see every class' number of people in the map. Will that still be a thing once breach scanner is implemented?
It's only in blackout and you unlock more abilities/details of the game with higher access tiers.
@@StarStalker28 I noticed that in light during the blackout it was thermal, but in heavy it was night vision, is that a feature?

i hope they add 323-1 as a sort of equip able scp.
in lcz so when your cornered by scps and want the easy way out you could equip it but has around 850 health but can heal its self by eating the limbs and body of dead players.
They probably won't be adding more items for a bit

There should be patreon posts explaining how to do it, but usually it's through discord/steam and linking accounts

yeah unfortunately 079 is quite buggy and it has a bug that makes it 100x harder to play, sometimes cameras overlap meaning that you can click on a heavy containment camera and be sent to surface zone and theres also the door bug

My hopes is 2 weeks, reality though is often different. It depends on delays and such. If we get 096 by next week then 2 weeks seems reasonable. If not, then could be 3-4

When will the public beta come out?
Hopefully in a few weeks, you can usually judge it by how close they are to finishing the update. At the moment they are still missing SCP-096, SCP-079 Tier 5 abilities and some SCP-939 abilities.

wait ik this isn't the place buuut: thoughts on scp:sl adding scp 035 to the game as just an item someone can use to switch sides to the scp team, you could give them some effect that permanently opens doors or starts damaging players after being close to them for a while but that might not be needed
It was discussed, idk if they said that SCP will never be added or not. I don't think they have any current plans for it though
