5031 has always been my favorite, he's so wholesome. He loves cooking and is super creative, and I assume that he was probably overjoyed to be given the task of creating a meal and performing for the Foundation staff (who'd get to enjoy his cooking and music) Also, why didn't they just use 682 to contain 173? They said the stalemate literally lasted hours and 682 is able to regenerate. Makes for a perfect way of keeping both contained (Edit: spelling)
there's also the possibility of 682 getting bored or finding a big enough loophole that he can exploit after a few months of constant exposure to 173, resulting in 682 probably mauling the statue to a point of being non-operable, breaching the laxed containment and going on yet another spree of mass murder
One day I was starting to get sick, running a low-grade fever but I didn't know it. We don't have Ikea where I live, so my sister and mother were intent on going. After an hour or two of wandering a crowded Ikea while I waited for them, I realised I should get some fresh air and tried to find my way out... What followed was something of a nightmare that I won't get into, trying to find my way out of a crowded, endless Ikea whilst half delirious with a growing fever was certainly an impressive first impression of the place.
I don't like how the Ikea rewrite makes it sound like so many teams of D class have gotten out so easily. It ignores the idea that the door vanishes behind those that enter the building.

Honestly I'm surprised they didn't just leave SCP 682 and SCP 053 together. Her presence made 682 docile, and she finally gets a friend that she doesnt drive into a murderous rage. it would be a win win. they'd basically contain each other.
The biggest problem is that 682 has shown it will lash out the moment it is no longer in the girl's presence. Just the one time they were together triggered a massive containment breach that led to several deaths, starting with unleashing a sort of psychic attack that hit most of the facility.

"Yet Another Murder Monster" is a perfect example of why the SCP foundation should change their means of containment. Maybe instead of trying to terminate every dangerous monster, they should try to appeal to it's humanity and make it a safer being as a first resort
Thinking about it from a logistics standpoint that takes a lot more man power and hours to do that, for what feels like little or no results for MOST SCPs. Safer and quicker to make your first priority of containment, then researching how much of a threat it could be vs how nice and fwiendly it could be.
The Foundation is actually highly opposed to destruction of SCPs. There’s a counter organization that believes SCPs need to be destroyed but the Foundation actually has this mindset.
@@narhwallord6985 Logistically yes, to start with this is a good way of doing things. When it comes to ongoing containment, however, it becomes worthwhile to take a look at an SCP's behaviour and devise what tests to run if any and how to be kindest to an SCP, in the event of a breach you want as many allies as possible. SCP-5031 is a revision of original protocol, it's containment procedures showed a lack of interest in its behaviour as long as its contained. It has similiarities to some of the coldness displayed to other SCPs. 5031 has always been my favorite, he's so wholesome. He loves cooking and is super creative, and I assume that he was probably overjoyed to be given the task of creating a meal and performing for the Foundation staff (who'd get to enjoy his cooking and music)
Also, why didn't they just use 682 to contain 173? They said the stalemate literally lasted hours and 682 is able to regenerate. Makes for a perfect way of keeping both contained
(Edit: spelling)
They might team up sooo
Nah the best is SCP 999
173 probably would still create its shit. And I do not envy the poor souls that have to clean that with 682 present
there's also the possibility of 682 getting bored or finding a big enough loophole that he can exploit after a few months of constant exposure to 173, resulting in 682 probably mauling the statue to a point of being non-operable, breaching the laxed containment and going on yet another spree of mass murder
5031 is my favorite. I literally searched for teh video and liked it instantly
"Yet another murderous monster"
Me after reading the article: i only dine at finest of establishments and consume only from the finest of chefs
i bet he was Gordon Ramsey's boss
I want ice cream from him
@DragonBird 109 I agree mate
I thought it said 'i only consume the finest of chefs'
it is like "I have the power of levitation, disappearing, and rivaling Gordon Ramsey"

Ok, I think SCP-5031 is one of my favourites. It's literally just a kid who was stressed. Maybe it does have a giant scorpion body, 6 arms and a deadly sharp tail, but it's just a boy who likes cooking and classical music.
SCP 5031 seems like the SCP foundation's attempt to practically raise an anomalous creature as if it were a human child. Kinda wholesome in a strange way.
5031 is definitely my favorite of the SCP’s
He went from a cold hunter to a wholesome chef that loves music.
I read somewhere that it only ate humans cause it was hungry and needed to eat 😭
Well, now that it’s a chef, I guess he no longer needs human flesh.
Another bonus!
the guy that came up with the scp foundation is actually crazy and not in a bad way
My only critique would be that they’re could be a little pause or chime or something between the different SCPs. For example between SCP-0343 and 049. Otherwise great narration and graphics! Highly entertaining (and just in case, informative) as usual!
basically the Scarlet King embraced “reject humanity, return monke”
"Kono Scarlet kind da".
Yeah he's an odd ball
*raises bone* oooooo ohhh*does the monkey*
SCP 066: Your telling me that nobody thought to put a D-Class in there, and tell it that he/she is Eric?
Ikr
it knows who eric is, it's been tried before according to a few others. all attempts was unsuccessful
I think it will work on someone named Eric
Love the long ones. It puts the universe in Better perspective thinking thered be someone out there that d care enough to give their lives against impeccable odds.
Researcher: Accidentally breaks a lego construction into pieces
SCP-053: "aww"
*Loud roaring and sounds of smashing in the background, followed by loud footsteps getting terrifyingly closer*
5031 is so wholesome, it slowly learns and grows and finds passion!
2662 is just trying to live his life and literally turned himself in so he could escape and just experience peace. How wholesome yet sad. It’s not his fault he makes people think he’s a god :( poor guy
Idk why but all the narrator's for your channel I find soothing and great story telling voices . You guys to an amazing job and I hope you keep up watch ya doin as long you still enjoy it
I love SCP - 5031. A heartfelt and very intriguing story
SCP Foundation: Be cold, not cruel
Also SCP Foundation: *Sends an innocent guy into a room with one of the most dangerous SCP’s just to see what happens*
you work there you're no longer innocent knowing all the practices you allow to happen😂
@@SStarlight9614 Exactly my point, the phrase “Be cold, not cruel” makes no sense because there are many cruel practices there
All D class are on death row no? Kinda hard to say he is innocent, unless you are talking about someone else then I’m dumb
@@Special3375 Yes, they send class D personnel into that containment chamber, but in one story they also send just an SCP Foundation member who is of another class. I think he was a janitor/scientist. And they did it just to see what would happen. THAT’S cruel.
"Be cold not cruel" Is referring to the SCP-s. The D-class are just human guinea pigs and nothing more to the foundation.

@@daonejeff7668 eparch just means that an SCP in itself isn't anomalous, but it is related to and acts as evidence of other anomalous phenomenans

I am one day old to the SCP world but find it amazing and hilarious. This is great! Hope to write future episodes. So addicting.
In the Mirror universe of 2935, when they found Dr. Bright's corpse, did none of them think of taking the medallion off and putting it on a member of Manifest Destiny so they could have the mirror universe's Dr. Bright back? Wouldn't that Dr. Bright have a lot of information and answers for the team and the prime universe's SCP Foundation about what happened?

5031 is so cute. So nice to have an SCP become abundantly happy with a supportive scientist.

Scp 5031 is such a wholesome Scp! They are good at cooking and have musical talent. I would hire them for a party for sure!
5031 will forever be my fav scp
Honestly I'm surprised they didn't just leave SCP 682 and SCP 053 together. Her presence made 682 docile, and she finally gets a friend that she doesnt drive into a murderous rage. it would be a win win. they'd basically contain each other.
They should leave SCP 682 with SCP 099 (the tickle monster).
I guess the worry is of he's only passive to her then he could still attempt to escape and with 053 as an extra "defense".
@@lolly4840 he could also develop the girls ability and be truly unkillable as anyone who’d confront him would die
@@cupofkitty442the number is 999 not 099
The biggest problem is that 682 has shown it will lash out the moment it is no longer in the girl's presence. Just the one time they were together triggered a massive containment breach that led to several deaths, starting with unleashing a sort of psychic attack that hit most of the facility.

My favorite SCP from this video is 5031. This makes me realize that some SCPs with the right treatment can become peaceful and even helpful towards humans. I loved it’s story so much and I hope there’ll be more SCPs like this
SCP-2662 is taking 'GET OUT OF MY ROOM I'M PLAYING MINECRAFT!!!!!' to about 5 whole new levels.
@@jeremylandry858 yes I know who the Global Occult Coalition is
And yes I know that in most cases they don't kill SCP's
@@narhwallord6985 Logistically yes, to start with this is a good way of doing things. When it comes to ongoing containment, however, it becomes worthwhile to take a look at an SCP's behaviour and devise what tests to run if any and how to be kindest to an SCP, in the event of a breach you want as many allies as possible.
SCP-5031 is a revision of original protocol, it's containment procedures showed a lack of interest in its behaviour as long as its contained. It has similiarities to some of the coldness displayed to other SCPs.
"it hunts, kills and eats despite not needing to eat to survive" should be followed up by "how much can it eat?", in the case of SCP-5031 that follow up didnt happen till much later
