Man, Batman Forever and Batman & Robin are watchable compared to this.
Those movies are classics. They are campy, goofy fun, and never take themselves seriously. The Acolyte, on the other hand, seems to think it's doing something so intelligent yet fails at every turn. It's astounding 😂😂

It's awesome how the new canon is messier and more convoluted than the old canon and they got there in a shorter amount of time with more contradictions!
They have many talents. None of them are good, but what are ya gonna do
Didn't watch the series and only skipped through this video to learn who smilo Ren (brilliant name) is.
Just one question: If I got this right, these forest creatures were attracted by the light of the droid and thus attacked, why were they not attracted by the LIGHT-sabers? I mean, they were basically swinging flashy lasers around for minutes. How were the creatures not agitated?
Is there an explanation? Or just "well we did not think of that?" from the writers?
🤣🤣 there is never an explanation. The 1 guy literally walks around with his lightsaber as a flashlight. Trust me, you've missed nothing

@@iWannabe But about the helmet blocking light sabers: this is not new. In the plagueis novel, there was already this material that could block light sabers. Cortosis.
It was used by plagueis and palpatine to instigate a crisis for the jedi and it was mined by Darth Bane before he joined the sith.

People eating up this 5v1 duel when the alien padawan fights better than all the Jedi masters combined is hilarious and cringe-worthy to me. Power scaling be f'ed, who cares. Chaotic shots and "brutal" kills do not a good swordfight make. Antogonist changes her mind every 10 minutes... A Jedi is tricked by a haircut.. Terrible show, terrible episode. Awful.
Best episode of a horrible show.
That's like saying it's the freshest corpse in the graveyard, but yes, I'd agree.
