This recipe sounds very delicious. Talking about the crust, that's why I use regular butter because the cheesecake will have the salty hint, and because regular butter it's a lot cheaper.
This sounds heavenly. I'm going to try putting a whole nilla wafer on the bottom (out of sheer laziness) and make a half recipe so I can cook it in the toaster oven. This sounds like a keeper.

I used blueberry jam (his fave) instead of strawberry and raspberry. May i just ask, i am planning to bake the same recipe however, I would like to use a round pan to make it one cake. Jhoana Doromal hi! Maybe try a 9 inch round pan(s) and keep an eye on it. Check after about 25-30 minutes. Just don’t keep opening and closing the oven. Sorry I couldn’t be of more help, but I usually just back these up and for really special occasions I make my New York Cheesecake recipe, but that does take quite a bit more time. I made some cherry purée/jam and tried to incorporate it in the cheesecake like the raspberry swirl kind. I accidentally put it all together while blending the cream cheese. but next time, learned my lesson to add the cherry filling after all the cream cheese is blended lol. your recipe is so cute and so yummy!

I loooove your mini cheese cake recipe I tried it and it was absolutely amazing. I loved it (I'm only 13 and I want to be a chef ) and your are making this the best experience o .my life
Great job. My only critique would be to make a proper fruit sauce instead of just using strait up jam, which is so heavy it's going to overpower the vanilla cheesecake. Using a basic cornstarch-thickened fruit sauce you can bring it to a gelatinous stage where the filling will stay put even when you cut into the cheesecake, and it will be lighter, with a pleasant translucent color. If you're going to go this far into making something so nice, it seems incongruous to just slop some store-bought jelly in there as filling.

I have a big problem i tried this recipe n had issues with measurements. ... My cheese cake didn't raised n after cooling down they become so little like mini muffins 😢
Made these today! Normally when I make cheesecake from scratch it takes a few hours but these babies took like twenty minutes to make and like 12 minutes to bake...they were demolished by my friends and family that came by for bbq. Thanks! But I used my own recipe but I use the cupcake format seen in your video!!!

I have been making cheesecakes for 35 years that I got out of our church recipe book. I almost always end up with cracks in my cheesecakes. After the cheesecakes is done it has me mix up sour cream, sugar, and vanilla, put it back in the oven at 425 for 5 minutes to cook the sour cream on top. @@deo3367 i dont know if you can see this but the lemon zest is for flavor! You dont have to put the lemon in it! I might not have as much taste, but it will definitely taste good. You could also vut orange zest either way it would not change the way it turns out only possiblely the flavor!

Sana Naz sounds like it curdled a bit. Make sure to beat the cream cheese until it is smooth, which will help prevent lumps. When adding the egg it can sometimes separate a bit, but a little mixing should resolve that. Glad they came out good! Thanks for watching! Diane

@@deo3367 i dont know if you can see this but the lemon zest is for flavor! You dont have to put the lemon in it! I might not have as much taste, but it will definitely taste good. You could also vut orange zest either way it would not change the way it turns out only possiblely the flavor!
Would you add some lemon juice?

hello. I tried dis recipie..it went gud but onething happen when I beat the cream cheese n sugar den I put egg on low speed n den beat on high speed my mixture becomes like hell..liquid n small dots was coming..it was not creamy as yours
y dis happen? ji beat cream cheese on high speed? but when I bake dem..it was ok..

Sana Naz sounds like it curdled a bit. Make sure to beat the cream cheese until it is smooth, which will help prevent lumps. When adding the egg it can sometimes separate a bit, but a little mixing should resolve that. Glad they came out good! Thanks for watching! Diane

My cheese cake from your recipe new York is so good! I enjoy adding fresh squeezed 1/4 wedge and not baking the crust previously. I enjoy the moist crust more!! Love this cheese cake.
Great recipe! But I have one question! I have one of those mini muffin trays that I wanted to use for this recipe. How long would baking time be for that? I figure since it's a smaller cupcake, it shouldn't take that much time to bake! Let me know! Thanks(:

oh i can tell it is tasty but I will work on the garnish. I will use whipped cream at the bottom and drizzle with chocolate syrup or strawberry jam on top. Then top fresh berries, one of each halved strawberry, raspberry and 2 blueberries around. And a mint leaf
