    Natry ko po magbake ng Bbc using recipe/ingredients/procedure mo Sis. And Yes legit 100% ansarap talaga! 😍 nagustohan din ng family ko. nag less lang ako konti ng sugar and raw sugar po use ko not refined. pero ansarap talaga e 😅😋 lalo na pag nachilled or kinabukasan na kainen, melt in mouth 😋 Thankyou Sissy sa pagshare recipe. may pre order ako this week and sympre recipe mo gagawin ko kasi proven and tested na sa sarap! hehehe God bless ❤

    Hinate ko ang recipe and i made 12pcs cupcakes. I also prebaked the graham crust for 7mins. Next time granola naman gagamitin ko na crust. First time kong gumawa, nakaka proud ang lasa at itchura. 😁😁😁 thank you po sa recipe.

    Sobrang sarap ng recipe na to. I already baked before blueberry cheesecake pero yung recipe na to yung pinaka masarap. ❤ I just made some adjustments like binake ko muna ng 15mins yung crust before adding the filling and nilagyan ko ng 3 tbsp na greek yogurt. Sobrang yummy. I've made 16pcs cupcake and 6" size na mini cake. May natira pa din akong blueberry hehe

    mali naman yung costing, 2 (8oz) creamcheese, 200php? diba dapat 400 siya nun? bale 757php ang puhunan, lugi sa 50php pesos isa, tapos kung ibebenta ng by 6s or 12s, may packaging pa yan, luging-lugi.

    Hi! I made mini blueberry cheesecake yesterday using your recipe. Everyone loves it! Although, I was a bit worried kasi di pa siya baked at 20 minutes, I think mine was done 30-35 minutes. But anyways, it still turned out great. Thank you for sharing this recipe. God bless ;)

      @@princessjane9175 Hi sis! Nasa 180C 40mins baked sa oven namin sis. Try mo observe lang sa oven niyo, sa friend ko mabilis sa kanya, 15mins ata. Magvavary siya sa oven. :)

      You always NEED a hand or stand mixer in creaming method. MEANING na were making air pockets sa misture.

      Over-mixing incorporates too much air, which makes the cheesecake rise during baking (the way a souffle does), then collapse as it cools. ... Don't overbake the cheesecake: take it out of the oven when still a little jiggly the center. Cracks form when the cheesecake gets too dry. Hello po nkita ko sa google..     Ngtry ako kahapon, thanks po sa pagshare.. Having 2nd thought kung mkakagawa b tlga ako ☺️.
    Sinundan ko ung sukat ng recipe except ung all purpose cream, i used half lng. At ung sukat sa 1 tbsp for graham mixture 3.5 tbsp sa creamcheese mixture since pangkain lng namin..😊 Nkagawa ako ng 12 pcs.. May natira kea nkagawa ulit ng 6pcs (1 tbsp graham mixture, 2 tbsp creamecheese mixture)😂 .. Mdyo bumaba ung sa gitna pro siksik nmn sa loob.. Nung hnd pa na chill overnight mdyo maasim nga (i used Magnolia brand) pro sumarap na after ma-chill (prefer overnight tlga).. Pasado sa mister ko ung lasa.. 🥰

    2. Pwedi kayang lutuin siya sa water bath? Hehehehe
    3. Kung walang lemon since mahal lemon dito samin tapos karamihan sira pa, pwedi bang isubstitute si Kalamansi? Or yong lemon na mccormick? If yes, ano ang measurement.

      Wag po ninyo agad ilabas sa oven after baking. Keep it there for 30-1hr tsaka icool at ilagay sa ref

    1oz cupcake size ang ginawa ko pero pangit ang kinalabasan. Nag deflate ang cheesecake, after na lumamig, naging concave shape na nag curve inward parang hourglass ganun. Nung bagong labas sa oven ay maganda, convex shape na parang bola ang ibabaw.
    Bakit po kaya naging ganun?? Sana mapansin mo po
    25min bake 170celcius, iniwan ko muna sa oven ng 5min bago ilabas. Pre heated naman oven.

      One possible reason po kaya nagdeflate is over mixing po ng batter. Nagcreate ng maraming bubbles kaya after po ibake lumulubog yung gitna ng cheesecake. Kung 1oz cupcake po ung gagawin nyo reduce nyo po ung baking time ng mga 5 minutes kasi mas maliit mas madali maluto at pwede po magdry pagover bake.

    I made this recipe before but I made sure I pasteurized the egg, I am.not okay with a raw egg 😭. If you plan on selling this at least pasteurize the egg since mahirap ng salmonella.

    Hello! I made this yesterday and it turned out so well except for the buttom. Prang na cover po ng cheesecake ung graham base ko po. I made a little adjustment, nag pre-baked ako ng graham before adding the cheesecake. Wat seems to be the problem po kaya? Gsto ko po kasi sana same sainyo na kita ung graham pag remove ng cupcake liner. Hope mapansin nyo po comment ko 😊

    Pag whole cake po ung gagawin 170 degrees Celsius 20 mins. Pa Rin po at ung mixture nya is the same po

      6pcs. Php300-350 pero depende parin sa costing ng ginamit nyo na ingredients.

    Once natapos po ung baking time sa oven ilang mins po ba bago sya tuluyang ilabas? Kasi pansin ko pag nilabas mo sya agad sa oven nag shishrink ung cheesecake so pumapangit tuloy porma nya. Pls let me know kung dapat po ba i rest muna ng ilang mins bago ilabas. Thank you :)

    i followed the recipe but did not get the same result. It does not hold its shape..it wabbles. I think there's should be flour. Maybe you forgot to mention it in your recipe.
