Got a motocross buddy that I run RC's with that just got a used Tekno NB48 2.1 nitro buggy on ebay today. Seeing me run my Tekno 2.0 nitro buggy over the past year has made him want to try nitro. Hoping I can make it work for him in a way where he'll stick with it and get past the learning curve. I'm giving him one of my Trackstar .21s and an exhaust. He's not mechanically inclined and rarely works on his electric short course truck, and has a bit of an "instant-gratification" tendency, so I wouldn't be surprised if 3 months from now he's already given up on nitro, but I'm gonna try to prevent that.
Omg a GT2, that's the rtr I saw back in the 2000s that made me want to try nitro but my dad said no at the time. Now that I have a team losi nitro Ten-SCT to work on as a project, I need to get me a GT2 lol
