    Watching a second time because I forgot... will watch while I cook it on Saturday.. with veal knuckles because I can´t find trotters where I live (Switzerland) Thanks

    Keep up the excellent work. I watch from abroad and I do know how to cook but always look for ideas and inspiration from others.
    Just one thing... I've learned not to boil anything with salt at first as it numbs.
