The Super Hind is probabbly the most evil and mean looking helicopter out there, which is a fit considering that the regular Hind already looked menacing.
Only thing left is for Gaijin to make better squadron vehicle research if you have a same or higher rank vehicle. 20k every 3 days (if lucky) is an abismal research rate. Better research bonuses for helicopters wouldn´t hurt either.
I’m researching this right now to add to Britain’s top tier squadron vehicle, the TVMP, along with the Challenger DS I picked up from the sale. I’m really looking forward to the Superhind as I’ve learned from flying the Mi-24A in the USSR tech tree.
When I flew this into PVE, I was taking fire at about 4.5km range, and despite the range listed on the statcard I wasn't getting missile hits at that distance. YMMV
I found its good in PVE with its speed and 2 napalms will take out a base making it efficient in doing that and also capping also with it’s speed to get them and back to landing pads
Something that might help with controlling these big helos, especially at high speeds, is turning on manual roll control. Takes some getting used to but it makes maneuvers feel more fluid
I am very bias towards American equipment, spent 7 years as a bradley crewman. However, I will never not love the HIND. so happy to have one in a tree i enjoy playing.
Hey Tim, thank you for the videos! I no longer play War Thunder, but I still peek at your videos just to hear your opinions and history takes on the vehicles. Keep up the good work! Question about the targeting system, Does it have the russian style artillery mode for the dumb rockets?
Unless i somehow missed it, i noticed you didn't actually touch on the 20mm cannon directly, only briefly in passing when talking about secondary weapons. Why is that? It would seem that every weapon deserves at least mention regarding belts, fire rate, damage, etc. Great video as always, though! This is a helicopter ive looked forward to for some time, and I can't wait to have it myself!
@@Fire... Yup! Its still current/relevant (not that the mig-9 has changed much in the last seven years) You can find tons of gems when you check out the back catalog from the main channel page :-)
Well well, you dont hide this behind the paywall anymore? Dont starve bacause of gayjin xD Or this your take on the premium alá gayjin, rip the people blind?
I never did? Channel members get access to vids a few days early. If you look at the top of the description right where it says how many views the video has, it says "members first" - thats what it means. All of my vids release normally to the public on Saturdays (unless its something I just publish immediately public covering a new vehicle or something). I honestly don't know how or why you thought I was "hiding behind the paywall".

So awesome.
I would say Mangusta with that gun up front looks much more aggressive
@gansior4744 the Mangusta looks derpy with it being tall in the center so much taller. Has that flying triangle look to it.
"Over the course of its lifespan, which is... still ongoing" Is pretty much the description of most soviet military hardware
Do note that ZT3A2 Does NOT Trigger LWS/R

Thanks Tim! Your generational run of videos continues 🤝

All Mil helicopters were survivable some time ago... Now all helis will catch 1 7.7 bullet, avionics destroyed and you cannot fire
Thanks for this one Tim!!
5:10 i love this
I dont play ground/helicopters but here I am watching a Tim’s video anyway because it’s so good.
A 5km ATGM should outrange the AA in PVE. They usually have 4km range.
Gepards shoot at 3KM in up bracket of Heil PvE, ZA-35 shoot at 3.5 km

I don't like the feel of it, which is why I don't use it myself, but some other people swear by it.
Thank you i cant wait to own one.
Somehow I read the title as Superbehind...
Well it wouldn't be wrong, they do have an amazing ass
(For those unfamiliar, "behind" can be synonymous with butt/bum)

Hi Tim, do you have a video explaining how to fly Helicopters and the different controls?
Do a search on my channel page for "how to fly helicopters" , I've got a fairly detailed tutorial up.
@TimsVariety Thank you Tim!

This is the best thing I ever saw.
D point the attack!
Helicopter reviews?? Wowsers
Its not the first, but they get very low views so I usually only post one every few months.
@TimsVariety Have you made a review on the mig 9 on this channel?

@TimsVariety Alright I'll search for it on your channel
Yipee, now I've got something to watch while making pizza 🥹🙏
I would grind this if it was 10.0, however at 10.3 it is not very attractive.
Do you ever stream ?
I used to, but not too often these days. Just IRL being busy.
3:25 not really. Gepard range in heli pve is 3.3 km so you can still easily out range them with your 5 km missiles.

When I flew this into PVE, I was taking fire at about 4.5km range, though I did not take note of which specific vehicle I was facing.
@@TimsVariety they lock on to you from longer ranges but they only start shooting at you from 3.3 km im pretty sure.
@@TimsVariety ZA35 can shoot from further but you only face them on 1 map I belive
@@BlackWolf9988 No its 3KM, i have grinded most of te heils in the game, i know exsactly
I can't get into helis, the controls suck with m+kb and the gameplay is not that good either.
It’s nice to see more Ukrainian vechiels in game
