- Hola my beautiful familia! ♥️ Fam! So today I'm finally trying out the oh so popular Dior Backstage Face & Body Foundation that has been reformulated. I’m doing a full review, first impressions and a 2 day full day wear test of this foundation. As you guys know, I’m always looking for the next greatest in complexion makeup to control the OILS lol so let see how these works out! 🤔

Why would they fix something that isn’t broken?😭 this was my favorite foundation, and I know many other people loved it! Wish they would have kept the old formula and made this one an entirely separate product.

A comparison of this with the original formula and the new Too Faced Skin Tint would be great. It’s the same price as Too Face and they are both glowy
Why didn’t they just keep the matte and oily version?? I never got to use the original my shade was always sold out 😢
I actually loveee me a luminous foundation. But something that needs to be noted that's a big difference from old version is this new formula contains coco- caprylate which gives that glow people love but for some can cause acne for those sensitive to coconut like myself 😢. I luckily have original and unfortunately it will be a pass on new . It does look beautiful though😍 🤩 👌

I have both. And honestly the new one isn't THAT different from the original. I'm just gonna use the old one in summer till I finish it. Then use the new ine in the winter because it's slightly more moisturizing but not dewy. The Dior Forever Matte is pretty close to the old Backstage. But fyi.
I usually wear 2WO. And when I bought the new one in the same shade, it was 1 shade lighter. And I'm not the only one who noticed this . So definitely, go in store before buying.

@ridasadiq6522 I would probably go in and test them. Because I'm actually in between 2wo and 3wo. So I have both and mix them. I want to say yes get 3WO but I don't want to steer you wrong because we are not twins and I can't guarantee all batches are the same. Just don't assume they are exactly the same shade. Test 1st.

I’m so glad you did this because I like the Iconic London and this appears to be a lot like that except it has better colors. Iconic London is so warm and I like something cool in tone. I always buy medium, but glad to know that you told me it oxidizes and that you chose a level three because I chose the level four originally and went back. My skin is lighter than yours, but, as a mature woman, it’s always best to go darker than lighter.

I’m oily too but I would not put skin care on my skin the morning of (only the night before) with a glow foundation 😊

Hey my friend today is my birthday. Oh yes vlog I love them. I like the foundation but wow the price sticker shock. You need a mattifing primer and mattifing powder to wear this foundation. 👍🌹❗✔️

Old formula never worked for me. It would never sit on my skin. Seems like new one would good for me. I don’t like dewy foundation though.

That looks like it's a good match. I'm afraid to order online because everything turns orange on my light olive skintone.
is it, it does oxidize, they do have olive undertones too !
I have tried both 3wo and 3N and both looked really good on my olive skintone, but I like the olive one a bit better it was kinda lighter and somehow looks better on me....hope this helps.
