Make jet powered power glove for punching people. It's pretty dangerous and you coud brake your arm so don't forget to also build orthesis that keeps your arm attached to torso (bassicaly an exoskeleton for arm and torso).
Huh. I think that’s how I die. At the funeral they are like, “so sad man, what happened?” (sniffles) “well, he was trying to build an jet powered glove for punching people. He strapped jets to his fist, lit em up, and here we are.”
Ooh buddy don’t get cross eyed on us now 😉😅. Wish I had a 3D printer to spend ten hours assembling lol. Not that I’d know what the heck to do with it tho. Yeah I think my channel is under review right now but soon hopefully I can start making some pennies

The template link doesn't seem to be working, other than that this seems like an amazing project. Tempted to make one for my bro for his bday since he's super into the predator.
@@jakemakes oh its alright, I figure the glove gauntlet part I can experiment with using thinner sheet metal since it doesn't really need to be combat durable, while the main mounting section and blades can still be made of the stronger metal since that's what's doing the harder work.
@@gibreys23 I don't know if you've heard of this guy: ruclips.net/user/davidjguytondotcomvideos He does tons of armor and gauntlets, those videos will be helpful. I think he has templates too you might want to check out, but you have to pay a little for them

@@jakemakes you made part of this from a sign lmao. I'm sure none of the steel that was used was sping steel or even carbon steel that was harden and tempered. Aka for an armor piece garbage lol. At best it's a display peice that looks cool
@@jakemakes I did watch the other video and I'm glad the blades are carbon steel, I just wish the armor part if it was too. As a Smith myself I wanted to attempt something like this
Apperently you haven't done anything with 1/8" aluminum or 16 gauge steel. More than enough for armor. The weak points are the rivets, and putting blades on a gauntlet in the first place. It puts all the force into the straps, to be a good weapon you'd want the forces going into something more solid like your hand. If you give it a try I'd suggest doing some sort of handle inside to grip like a pata sword.
@@jakemakes if that took a single hit from a well made sword or especially blunt weapon its joing to bend or break crap metal like that. It should be made of plate Male more or less and that is carbon steel hardened and tempered. I make knives that would pierce clean through 16 gauge steel and 1/8 aluminum is absolutely nothing lol a regular hammer can dent that. So I repeat its garbage metal lol
Excellent build dude! Can't wait to see part two! Thank you so much for the support :)
Jake; spends countless hours designing and cutting out finger parts for the gauntlet
Pyro; uses a shovel
Lol.
StrayHydraBlade XD but his is by far more epic

Ugh, I'm about to embark on another gauntlet. Last thing I need is to be reminded of the long journey 😫
Sorry bout that mate 😉, haha do you design your own template or use someone else’s?
@@jakemakes I'm still kind of a noob so I've used david guyton's templates, but I'm designing my own so I have one that matches my ethereal gauntlet.
Yeah that’s the smart way to go. I did pretty much everything wrong on this one.

So how deadly are these gloves on a scale of 1-10 like how easily could they kill somebody I hope it's a 10
Um lol what’s a 1 and what’s a 10?
May not be my style of weapon but I can appreciate a cool weapons nonetheless. Congrats on making 1000subs.

Ooh, fun. Though I’d pair it with a shield not a knife. Maybe a small center grip round shield, or a buckler even. Yeah, a SPIKED buckler 😁

Isn't it more of a predator gauntlet?
Now that you say that... yeah it pretty much is. Honestly didn’t even think of that before
How did you get this video down to 10 minutes instead of 20?
..Oh it's part 1

Plus a two part gives you double the veiws for the same amount of work

First time ever getting the first comment on a video! Lol
Ha! And it isn’t like it’s that hard or anything 😅
Shame it's made with all garbage metal and not even remotely durable in any way
Which part is garbage metal? The rivets are aluminum, that’s the only weak part
