What shall 2:55 be 2:55 of impeller if pipe inlet dia is 3 inch and motor rpm is 1,800rpm and what be the pressure, static pressure of the system, considering installation is 1m above sea level?
hello ma'am, it's more than a year since i handled this course. i used various references... research journals, reviews, webinars, lectures, and other publications available.
Hi there. Excellent material man. Can you please cover topics found in textbooks like "Pneumatic Conveying Design Guide 3rd Ed." by David Mills? Can you please upload content on flour pneumatic conveying? Thanks!
Thanks for the appreciation. I owe the knowledge to the many great professors out there and companies who uploaded their lectures and videos online. With regard to the pneumatic conveying of flour, I think I did a sample problem on that.
Hi Mr. Engineer, I'll try, but at the moment, and as usual, i'm kinda overloaded already. your request looks interesting though. i've seen references already available in the internet. but as typical with any design situation, what i do is 1.) figure out first the process/function and 2.) then try to find some codes/standards or any other references for the data, etc. 3.) next step is to analyze using the engineering principles. Consider first the main function, lock that constraint and then move on to mechanical aspects, and then structural aspects, controls, etc... and dont forget to apply some factor to account for the uncertainties. it is an iterative process though. and since it's a design, we know that the calculation that we do is a range of values.
You and your videos are underrated. I need some refresher and you saved my day.
i am happy to know that it helped you. =)

Excuse me sir, may I ask what book is the reference for this calculation material, sir? thanks
