I just ordered today probably the last available edge 2. I consider myself lucky to have found it because Linder has closed. I love your knife, love the ATS 34 steel and even more so your food.
Hi thanks. yes a lot of mine also get used like this but as you say they are generally not too appropriate. I do have a cooking channel btw where I use both good cooking knives and outdoor knives (only because sometimes where I'm at that's all i have with me). The chopping board is a USA made HDPE composition. I forget the brand right now but I use it for cutting meat inside.
Hi Francis, my good old friend. Its great to see you healthy and safe in that special time. This SuperEdge looks awesome. Need to give it a closer inspection. I tried several Superedge blade's from linder, but never kept one. Maybe this model will change that. Stay safe mate. All the best from Austria Mike
Hi Mike! Great to hear from you as well. Hoping you are staying safe in this crazy time as well. Yeah I have a smaller hunting specific knife of theirs, and this one, which I actually like a lot. I did a review on this one about a year ago now.
What the heck? I come here for a knife video, and now all I can think of is how to get to your house in time for dinner. I don't even remember the knife. Thanks for the video my Bladed Brother!!!
Hi LOL, yes I know this effect when I too see some delicious recipe being prepped LOL! I reviewed it just over a year ago now. (Check the German made knives play list)
Hello Sir, nice knife, but to be honest more interested in the recipe. again a great idea of cooking, thanks from France, now I have to go and buy some meat and try it. You should try the blanquette de veau one day sure you will like it. :)
Hello Francis me again you can tell im locked down the linder knife I bought on your recommendation designed by a top outdoors man great steel fantastic handle but for gods sake why did they not put a sharpened spine on it that's why i gave it to my son and kept and rate the manly druger much higher
Hi there Martin, yeah that would have just made it 100% great instead of 99% LOL. With that slight chamfer on the spine, not striking any steels there! I won't show my son this comment otherwise he will want to pinch MY knife LOL! Just a quick note though towards the end of the spine up bear the tip I can actually strike a steel. Maybe better not show this comment to your son LOL! Yes that Drugar is a very good knife for sure and my son has his name on it LOL I think!

Nice work and a nice knife! Good vid!
Hi thanks!
This is a great knife! Great video!
Thanks much appreciated!
Nice knife and meal. I like using my outdoor knives in the kitchen. Not always fit for purpose but it’s fun. Like the chopping board too.
