Cids luck literally doesn't help him in any fights. That's just pure skill and power that he worked hard to get. His luck only works in his favor when it comes to organizing shadow garden since literally any random shit he spouts to the members comes true lol. But as in power cid is already the strongest person in the world. He can even defeat Diabolos and that's because of his hard work.
