Mr Carlock you are a titan among me. Stellar playing as always. I’m sold, the cymbal is coming home.
did you end up getting it?
His groove and technique are amazing. This is my next cymbal. Keith would make any cymbal sound good though.
This is my next cymbal I’m so psyched
Great cymbal and great playing
cymbal sounds great but OMG that kit sounds so boss
whoa. try and fuck with that beat. holy
I'm torn between this ride and the new A Avedis 20 multi ride/crash cymbal..
Still torn? Get this ride. No contest. I have an Avedis and they’re beautiful, but you will find a warmth and sweetness with K Con that you can’t replicate elsewhere.
Great video!!! Love his playstyle. How do you tune a snare like that and was it muffled? What bottom skin is on?
Sounds medium tight but most of the tone is coming from his playing. Rimshots for all the back beats and accents, ghost notes for everything else.
it sounds like hes got the snarewires them selves cranked very tightly aswell, that can be a huge factor in obtaining that sound.
