Hi Haley, approx. 25-30% throttle and she slows down real nice. Most of the time we flew it at 50-60% and she cruises right along. The attempted touch and go was at around 20% if I remember correctly. It's been almost a year ago. I have not flown it this season. My son does and he has not been with me this season. :-( I am pretty much sticking to my Hangar 9 Spitfire 60,the P51 pts and my feel good go to plane the T28 electric. Thanks for watching.
Yes it is. Just have to change the spinner to a 2 blade one. The video info shows you which one we used. However, manufacturer and size is really your choice and preference. Hope this helps. Enjoy your new Alpha. Happy building & flying!
(Planker) A very dense slow minded ignorant individual that doesn't think before speaking. Not sure what you are trying to say here. This is not a helicopter and doing an engine test at full throttle making sure it runs properly after you have changed your set up or before your first flight of the day should be standard procedure. No? Sure not as annoying as having to dead stick it because your engine is not set properly. Keep it three mistakes high.
Cayman king ...Its obvious you dont know jack shit about model aircraft and should probably stay away from them ,you always do a run up before flight to set needle valve and ect.

Nice video...Just got my alpha a few days ago...was trying to tune the engine and broke the factory 3 bladed prop.. Is the 10x7 a direct bolt on?

Plankers cranking up their engines full blast in the pits is annoying as hell. Heli pilots dont do this, am
