    Ingredients:
    * 2 cucumbers, sliced
    * 1/2 inch ginger, chopped
    * A handful of coriander leaves
    * A handful of mint leaves
    * Juice of 1 lemon
    * 1 tbsp sendha namak (rock salt)
    * 1 tbsp black pepper
    * 1 tbsp chaat masala
    * 2 small cups of water
    Method:
    1. Combine cucumber slices, ginger, coriander, mint leaves, lemon juice, sendha namak, black pepper, chaat masala, and water in a blender.
    2. Blend until smooth.
    3. Strain the mixture to remove pulp.
    4. Pour into a glass over ice cubes.
    5. Serve chilled and enjoy!
