I appreciate that you always comment on child tolerability of projects, as here with the mention of... if a kid pulls on the jellyfish tendrils they will come out. Same with the easter bunnies project, as I was making 2, for each of my niece and nephew, and contemplating if glass eyes were a good idea or not for 4 year olds. Alway enjoy even if I can't make the live feed. Thanks for the lovely tutorials and positive energy!
Sitting here watching the video again, for inspiration, while taking a stab at a 3D jellyfish. You have such a fun and natural teaching style, Marie. One of my favorite quotes from you is concentrate on the parts sticking up, not the holes when striving for a smooth surface. Very applicable to both 2D and 3D felting and I could "nerd out" forever. Next up is giving 2D a try. Would love to do all 3 colorways in varying sizes for a cool grouping. Thanks so much for the Friday live. There's always so much positive energy when everyone interacts.
Thanks again for the RUclips replays. It's the only way I can watch these days. I have been felting for several years, but I really love revisiting all of Maries tips and tricks, like using straight pins to create scallops and laying out the wool before felting. P.S. I LOVE MC1!
So much fun! My take away was mounting in the embroidery hoop. I do not do a lot of mounting my pieces. Thank you for such a great Wooly Wednesday on Friday. ❤
Love jellyfish, been thinking of doing a wet felted undersea scene, will have to add a jellyfish to my composition. Love the pin idea for the scallops. Great idea!
Just got home and caught the show. Really love the Octopuses an I am thinking the purple one will have to be mine. So glad that one of the first order I received from Living Felt was the Purple and berries pack!
Going to do a set for my dad's bathroom, His bathroom bedroom is beach theme and this would be a wonderful way to brighten up a small bathroom and stay in the theme. Love these!
This was so much fun! I love the idea of using the pins to make the scallops. I remember how useful that tip was when making the Easter eggs; I need to get better at applying things I learn in one project to other projects.
Love this- had thought to try one 2d and then I saw the kit and you made it so simple to do one! Love all your kits and I am working thru doing all the living felt tutorials online school. Thanks for all you do
I learn so much from your video’s. Thank you so much. It was great, I was doing a whale 🐳 in 2-D I was having a ruff time with the ruffles in tail great idea with the straight pins. Again thank you
Since Kayla was not there and missed giving her joke, these are for her! Q. What language do jellies speak? A. Gelatin! Q. What is in the middle of a jelly? A. A jellybutton! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Glad I finally got to watch this so pleased I love it thank you Wondering about your jellyfish in the hoop hanging on the right of the screen just above the scales it looks to just be centred in the hoop somehow as I can’t see any background fabric if so how is it fixed to the hoop? & was it felted onto felt then cut out? ? Thank you 😊
I really like the idea of using the pins to make the scallops at the bottom! I CSU see using them for the bottom of skirts to give them a little more pizzazz 😁 also will try folding up the locks before needle fearing them on and then folding them back down
It seems the first few minutes of our broadcast just evaporated :) Goofy! Thanks for watching and let us know your favorite take-a-way!
Thank you for giving me such great ideas for my home at the beach!
The orange with the blue is beautiful!!!
I like the pin idea a lot

Love this can’t wait to order the kit!!
When the pen has been ironed on do you need to "let it dry" before felting? Best take away - the design idea. Thank you for the show!
It is dry once it transfers to your fabric :)
Glad I finally got to watch this so pleased I love it thank you

Can you use clear stabilizer to keep on some projects . Whether back or front.
Have people used Punch Needles with the Felting projects?
Can this be mounted on the clear Mesh I use in embroidery?
