Yeah the black spot is fixed, not sure about the others since I don't use them. I tried looking for the black spot on the 1st day then realized it's a pain to do 💀
It should be able to but if you use Kotori you'll need to bring a tank as well. That means trading Kotori + a tank for 1 dps. So you probably will need 2 teams to clear phase 1.

Insane Goz punishes you harder for having weaker shields. 2. The boss having a damage type makes Yuuka an extremely suitable main tank. Goz deals red damage which she is resistant to. The other striker repos, Mimori and Kotori, will die instantly as they enter the map. 3. She has an extremely noticable range difference than other shielders, being able to drag the whole team across the entire stretch of the map where other units will struggle to even pull them half way. This is very important to execute Goz mechanics properly, especially when it means instant death otherwise."
Is this another raid I will hate because I don't have Nutsuki? What can be used in her place effectively? I can only think of B.Karin, but that 7 cost... jesus christ
- If you want a higher score, you'll need to swap teams when you reach phase 2. - If you want a comfy run, you can let time run out and deal some extra dmg with team 1. If you use S.Izuna + S.Sazusa + Nutsuki + T.Yuuka you can deal around 1.2 mil extra mil dmg, depending on your S.Azusa +S.Izuna UE level. I used UE30 S.Azusa + 4 star S.Izuna for that 1.2mil dmg. You may deal higher dmg if you can find & mark the real Goz with S.Izuna faster.
It's because that team for phase 2 barely clear Goz Insane in time if you spend the minimum investment, so S.Izuna with her crit dmg res down actually helps more. Noa may help in team 3 but you'll need another student with a shield EX for that team to survive.
Blue raids are really investment heavy. But at least Shirokuro and Perorozilla insane have new mechanics for player to play around and take advantage of. Goz insane is just pure fvck ue40less players.

It's kinda similar to last S.Shizuko event, you can do it without looking for a guide, but it won't be as easy.

You can use Haruna + Chise instead, which replaces both S.Azusa + Nutsuki since they both use 7 cost every cycle.
So should I immediatly swap teams when reaching pahse 2 or just hit it with 1st team and let the time run out to switch afterwards

The level difference is too high, Extreme/ Hardcore seems doable at your level.
