When you said to ask the Lord what was the declaration you need continuously. I heard in my heart and mind right away, "you are forgiven." As someone who really struggles with scrupulosity and also perfectionism in confession and a lot of anxiety about the past, confession, and scruples, it made me feel so thankful. Thank you Jesus! We adopted a tradition in our home. We are no y perfect at it, but we try and we love it. We have a water dispenser machine. On the wall, I hung up a small blackboard. Every Sunday, when we get back from mass, my middle kid writes the Psalm in the board for us to learn it, read it, contenplate it, every time we get water. We love it. ❤
