Arkitek, I have a question!
I know na mas mahal ang buhos na roofdeck compared to a typical roofing with rafters, trusses, joists and metal sheets. What I wanted to know is the price difference.
How much more to build a roofdeck that's 5x5m(for example) compared to a typical roof by the same size? Thanks!

@@arkitekjon maraming salamat sir. Di rin ako maka decide need some insights bago patayo house. 6.7m x 18m lote ko downhill. Medyo 5 to 6m elev diff. Bka malaki structural cost kng split level though option ko sana kya lng tight budget. Bka nga sa 85sqm lng kya ko ipatyo. 😁
