Iran/Iranian is the current official name for the old Persia/Persian, so they are the same. Anyway, since you've requested for more Suggestions here is mine. Yes this artist is extremely talented but he's young and still needs to prove whether in musical term he's a sprinter or a marathon artist. Which brings me to the artist I'm going to recommend now. Dariush Eghbali was packing concert halls when Mohsen Yeganeh above wasn't even born. In fact he's still going strong after more than half a century. I don't think he's quite as agile with his voice as Mohsen Yeganeh is, but he's extremely good at performing to his strengths. The lyrics to his songs and his delivery are two of the most important aspects to look out for. He's been performing his trade in the USA for decades now. Most of his much-loved songs are actually revamped versions of his decades long originals. Personally I love most of his recent releases too. Anyway, I suggest one of his live performances. "Cheshm-e-man" seems to be one of the most favourite amongst his fans, but any live performance by him is in my opinion a winner. I Sincerely hope you get round to covering one of his performances.
Wow... I didn't expect you to go down that road but if you are looking for more persian songs I defintely recommend Mohammad Reza Shajarian who does classic traditional persian/iranian music and Homayoon Shajarian who does a more of crossover.
Iran, the oldest land in man’s history, the mother land of all Aryan Nations, the land of King of Kings, the land of Braves & Champions, the land of Love & Lovers and the land of world most renown poets such as; Rumi, Omar Khayyam, Saddi, Hafez etc and love music as old as it’s ancient glorious history 💚🕊️❤️
Exactly, Mesopotamia the Cradle of Civilization. I’m so fed up with these new ignorant theories and I’m Indigenous Native American and of course your the original place of all beginning humanity. I enforce this fact to my daughters and family members.
I'm from Indonesia... I just heard this singer on chanel by mistake because she saw a show of putri ariani. Mashaallah.. I was stunned to hear mohsen's voice so peaceful and beautiful, so good❤❤
Classical guitar is very popular in Iran. Eveyone has one on their wall 😅 also guitar is originally invented by Iranians/Persians and has influenced latino classic music. There are many different style of music in Iran that is so unique and I am amazed how it has been kept hidden form the rest of the world. Iran is a poetic art loving nation, the whole culture built around music, wine and poetry. Persian is language of poetry.
So true, not many people know that there are old cave drawings if guitars inside Iran and it has led historians to believe that the guitar was invented far before any other country had heard about the instrument except for the Persian empire.
Mohsen Yeganeh IS THE REASON I'm in love with Persian songs! And yesss....he knows what sets the crowd swaying into madness....those high notes at the end....my goodness 🔥🔥🔥
Many years ago I heard one of the most beautiful songs I ever heard in all my life. It was on a juke box in a tiny Greek fast food restaurant. They had music in several languages. One of my selections was written in a language I thought was Arabic. Along came 2 guys and one of them commented, Oh, you like Iranian music! We're from Iran." I told them that I didnt know anything about the music, but I loved that song. Every time I went to that restaurant I played that song 3 times. This was in 1980-82. I went looking for the song on Iranian radio programs, but never found it. It was even more beautiful than the song that just played.
@shadid2242 No, It's too many years ago. All I remember is that he had a beautiful crystal clear voice, and he sounded as if he was crying. With a voice like that, he had to have been a big star, but why can't I find him? That was in Chicago; I live in Florida for many years now. If I knew that restaurant was still around, I would fly there just to hear that song again. I thank you so much for taking the time to write me.
@@margiepoulos1028 perhaps you’ve listened to classical singing which have high notes and “chahchahe” (😅 which i do not know how to translate) you might want to check out “MohammadReza Shajarian” and if he’s not the one but have the same style, i can suggest more singers like him from 80s.

As you said... the crowd... and their singing together with the extraordinary singer is incredible I need to say... in Iran, those who go to a concert... are not allowed to dance or get up from their seats because it is possible that the permission to perform the concert will be canceled by the government... so they express all their feelings with their voice. They express themselves. This is the reason why Iranian people have one of the best harmony with singers.

So what? Who the hell are you to decide? Afghanistan and Iran are one soul in two bodies. We love each other. #We_Iranians_Love_The_People_Of_Afghanistan.

Hi love and thank you for taking time and checking one out of the songs of my country. There are some, lets say characteristics about the iranian music. Obviously not all of the persian songs, but most of them, I mean the ones with heart breaking lyrics have a kinda faster and lets say "happy" rhythm and we use lots of metaphores. Our music is very rich and very melodic to the ear. But Mohsen Yeganeh did a great job performing this song, everybody love this song, even us, the iranians diaspora.
I love this man too❤ Actually I love Iran and Iranian people. Unfortunately there many false news about this amazing country in Media . Anyway thank you for this video

Mohsen is amazing and this song is just fabulous❤ the way he played the the guitar 🎸 I'm speechless. I can sing this full song without lyrics 😂 Much love to you Mohsen yeganeh From India 🇮🇳
I always watch the videos of your reactions to animes, and when I saw that you made a video of my beloved singer, who is also my countryman, I was happy. Thank you.
Love the fact that the crowd sings with so much enthusiasm...and not being mideastern, I've listened to this song enough that I can literally sings along the chorus lines...
If you wanna hear more from Persian music you might wanna check out these singers: Homayoun Shajarian and Alireza Ghorbani(traditional and original Persian Music), Sirvan Khosravi and Kaveh Yaghmaei, Mohsen Chavoshi, Mohsen Yeganeh as well.
I am persian and this is one of my top fevrite song , that i lestening evry day ..❤❤ but i recommend you another singer of iran "SIRVAN KHOSRAV " and his song name is " Tanha Nazar " ... I am sure you will love this song and the Artist as well. 🤩🤩👍👍👍🙏🙏
Thanks for your react to this song! Persian music is so diverse!! Listen to songs from sirvan khosravi, shajarian, mehrad hidden and ebi to get more familiar with it😊
You may also like Sirvan khosravi as is one of the best musicians in Iran. I highly recommend "doost daram zendegi to" and "Tanha Nazar" songs. Give them a try
If you don’t get goosebumps during this song specially when he lets the crowd sing the parts please go get checked. Btw check out a song called “Ye Lahze Negam Kon” by Macan Band, it’s also a live performance and the crowd is pretty much singing along. It’s one of my personal favorites Iranian songs. 🫶
Great reaction. I think the response of the croud is so empathetic because you know they have all felt that too. I think there's a real catharsis taking place here at a group level on very personal individual hurts of love's lost but not in vain. The revel of the guitar at the end, when you don't really expect it to end, speaks to the that well as he plucks the stings of the guitar like the strings of his own heart, knowing that it was still worth the experience. It ends unexpectedly in a place where all that is left is the sound of the lonesome guitar's music like the love in one's heart, grieving but indulgent to its worth
lol the moment you said the lyrics are heartbreaking but the instrumentals are so up beat i literally lost it😂 that’s the thing about persian music it can have literally the most heart shattering lyrics ever and we’d stilk dance to the beat😂 idk why iranian artists do that but they just do also unfortunately we don’t have that many great artists because the music industry is really bad in iran but i won’t get into that, i recommend you listen to sirvan khosravi’s music like sooje hat tekrarie, ghabe axe khali, khaterate to, and my favorite kheyli rooza gozasht hope you see this comment and you listen to the music❤️
Easily one of the most beautiful songs/voices I have ever heard. Gorgeous! I will be following him ❤ Maybe also check out Turkish singer Pinhani. For instance the song “Zor Günler” (“difficult days”)
Hello my friend Thank you for listening to a Persian song You speak very fast and because you spoke fast, I could not understand you completely, but I understood that you enjoyed the song very much. Mohsen Yeganeh is one of our most popular singers, whom I love very much I suggest you to listen to singers like Homayun Shajarian, Mehdi Jahani, Yas, Reza Yazdani. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart😊🙏🏻🌻
he is iraninan and yes this is persian music. although this genuinely is a master piece this is what persian acoustic music typically sound like. interesting fact the first every musical instrument was created in iran. we are very much a music loving nation and i wish the world and all its platforms were more open to persians and their talents. ❤✌🏼
Yes, that song is a common example of Persian pop music. Two of my own personal favorite Persian singers are Mohsen Chavoshi and Siavash Ghomayshi. They're actually pretty popular, btw, so they're not just my favorites lol.
I guarantee that your audience will go crazy for him, more than you, because no one in the world has his voice, he will embrace the whole world with the way he sings.

Mohsen yeganeh is one the best of Iranian singers and his voice and guitar work is outstanding and amazing.
Hi. It's good to know that the final part of guitar work was improvisation ☺️

thank you. you added to the beauty of it by your perfect reaction. great job
You may also like Sirvan khosravi as is one of the best musicians in Iran. I highly recommend "doost daram zendegi to" and "Tanha Nazar" songs. Give them a try
Really enjoyed watching this video and your reaction.
He is our mohsen ❤ you make me smile :)))) Thanks for great reaction
I loved it and I loved your reaction, thank you.
Homayoun Shajarian - sanama live . one of the best singers of Iran .
Thank you for this reaction . you are awesome
Thanks for the reaction. making me smile
I really enjoyed your genuine, passionate enthusiasm for Persian music. Hope to see more of your reactions. Good luck bro👍
lol the moment you said the lyrics are heartbreaking but the instrumentals are so up beat i literally lost it😂 that’s the thing about persian music it can have literally the most heart shattering lyrics ever and we’d stilk dance to the beat😂 idk why iranian artists do that but they just do
also unfortunately we don’t have that many great artists because the music industry is really bad in iran but i won’t get into that, i recommend you listen to sirvan khosravi’s music like sooje hat tekrarie, ghabe axe khali, khaterate to, and my favorite kheyli rooza gozasht
hope you see this comment and you listen to the music❤️
Mohsen is amazing ❤️🇮🇷🇮🇷🇮🇷❤️

Hello my friend
Thank you for listening to a Persian song
You speak very fast and because you spoke fast, I could not understand you completely, but I understood that you enjoyed the song very much.
Mohsen Yeganeh is one of our most popular singers, whom I love very much
I suggest you to listen to singers like Homayun Shajarian, Mehdi Jahani, Yas, Reza Yazdani.

Yes, that song is a common example of Persian pop music. Two of my own personal favorite Persian singers are Mohsen Chavoshi and Siavash Ghomayshi. They're actually pretty popular, btw, so they're not just my favorites lol.
Thanks for the review
Mohsen Yeganeh is one hell of a guitarist.
I guarantee that your audience will go crazy for him, more than you, because no one in the world has his voice, he will embrace the whole world with the way he sings.
