    the max number of player is 3 in private?

      Are you talking about the game visibility? The setting options of "only you" and "everyone"? I use the "only you" setting, so that the game isn't shared with all of Kahoot. I just use the link to the game to make it playable with my students. I've had over 20 students play a game that's set to "only you." Or are you referring to another setting?
