The author who wrote pride and prejudice and zombies wrote a prequel and a sequel to it.
In the sequel Mr Darcy gets bitten by a zombie and Lizzy has to find a cure! It would absolutely be a great sequel to this movie!

When I first saw this title I though: "There is no way I'm going to watch pride and prejudice with zombies! That's just too weird". But then I was in a dire need of Mr. Darcy... I still think it's too weird but I just can't say "no" to Mr. Darcy.

I would argue that the objective of fanfic is just to have fun.
It's just a fun zombie twist on a classic novel. That's it.
Same purpose that hansel and gretel the witch hunters is just a fun twist on themes that are in trend used to be witches and wizards then it was vampires and during this time its zombies now we seem to be on a steady trend of superheroes with all the avengers movie
