      I lift for sheer fun, just under the cusp of maxing out everyday with the heaviest 3 sets of triples I can muster, after working up with reps of 5s and 4s without misses, then staying at the weight if I get more than 1-2 misses in the set of three triples. If I don't have any misses, then I keep going up until I do. How efficient is this strategy? I can't help but wonder how much I'm doing wrong on a bigger scale, because I'm solely focused on powering as much as i can, until I can't. I feel like this screams technical deficiency, but I never thought to optimize training methodology first.
