Even in my personal Life I practise this cuz I’ve been led by some pretty shitty people in my Life and I told myself I would always pour into people so they too could pour into others cuz my cup is filled by Him. This is such good advice and at the depth of it is understanding respect as a form of the very Love which we are called to practise in the commandments. To see a person in full circle, as whole and human, Gods own creation just as you are and treating them with that consideration and sincerity that acknowledges it. Not respect as in making them an authority above you but rather as an equal in Gods eyes. Speaking into people, instead of speaking at them. Letting them flourish and shine and helping each other on our journey of excell-ence. And paying them well without contempt. Being fair and honest.
This video was extremely valuable to me and I understood the importance of appreciating people and putting in the currency so that I can take it out too. P.S. I admire your self-image and confidence, I myself try to create such a self-image in order to achieve success.
Man this is a better version of Paul than the one reflected on Iman's courses. Appreciate the humility to say sorry to old personel.
Self reflection and awareness is a sign of a true alchemist. Taking the past to recreate a new future. Loved the frankness

I found your channel today and oh man, you're such a blessing. Thank you
Great analogy and great point!👍
Love this advice! One thing I’d say is that spending the leadership capital happens at a much faster rate compared to gaining it!
This is outrageously valuable... Best leadership i've heard in a while!
