Believe or not in the 1974 Mr. Olympia held in New York 'Madison Square Garden" Lou had way more definition than Arnold, believe me I was there. - while Arnold looked bigger. In the 1975 Mr. Olympia if Lou would had worked harder on his Back and Calfs and with a little more definition, he would had beaten Arnold. But I still think that Sergio, Arnold Serge Nubret and Lou had always been the best in the sport of BB. I personally have no Interest in todays Bodybuiders. - Thanks. :)
At 2:20 they ask the 3 competitors to switch positions on the stage. I notice they do this at almost all competitions. Does any1 know the reason as to why they do this?
I disagree I think if you eat enough.. Im talkin at least 5000 calories a day and put some serious work in like 3 to 5 hours a day 5 days a week, you can get this big in a matter of a few years as long you stay fully dedicated and I also believe you can get close to that cut uponce you get that big by you cutting your calories in half for a few months and lifting high reps rather then low and heavy during your work outs
To be honest, I dont think lou deserved to come 3rd in 1975 mr olympia, I think he should have won, he was bigger than arnold and more thicker, in my opinion I think when he competed for mr olympia, he was discriminated because he was deaf even when he made a comeback in the 90's, also schwarzenegger was favoured because of his popularity too, even when he made a comeback in 1980, he won due to propularity. point is Lou was robbed and in the present day, his physique pisses over schwarzeneggers.
