ROSEMARY & LEMON CAKE RECIPE:
4 large eggs
180g sugar
175g olive oil (infuse a few twigs of rosemary) in the oil at low heat for 5 minutes)
80g milk
2 lemon zest
1 lemon juice
pinch of salt
1/5 tablespoon of baking powder
8g fresh rosemary finely chopped
250g flower
