First make sure that your whatsapp is updated to the latest version and then clear some of your whatsap medias data or irrelevant chats... Try to make data at least below 1gb and it will surely work☺

I had 3.5 gigs of wp data but it took hardly an hour to complete the process. I would say try to reduce the size of your wp backup as much as possible by deleting unimportant media. Also, just make sure to reset and erase the iPhone, and then install this app and follow as per onscreen procedure. Just be patient and dont skip any of the steps. Thanks for the video Nabeel sir, But earlier I did not know that this feature exist so apparently I am using whatsapp on my iphone with whatsapp data synced with icloud (as iOS doesn’t allow goolge/drive acount to backup whatsapp chats) so in order to get my (older) chats is it possible that I can merge both my iCloud account and Google accounts whatsapp chats into one? Or else if I do this process of erasing my phone and then copying my old chats from my android phone, Will the iCloud allow me to get my the (newer)whatsapp chats back to my iPhone. I just switched to IOS Fews days back and used this method to transfer my data from android to IOS . It is a pretty smooth process will take an hour or so depending on your data including WhatsApp data 😊

But the real problem is that it stops transferring my WhatsApp data at 40% and has been stuck ever since. It asks me to either skip import or retry and upon retrying, it doesn't do anything. Please! What is the point of transferring all photos and videos to your new phone? Those photos and videos should be on Google cloud (if you are moving from Android) and stay there. Because for people who have already filled their Android's memory let's say 256gb and moving to a 256gb iPhone, it makes no sense to completely fill up the iPhone on day 1. Am I missing anything??

Hiiii Nabeel Sir, actually i shifted to iPhone 14 Plus yesterday and I've been using an Android device for many years !!! I was happy to see this method to backup my WhatsApp Chat data especially to the iPhone and was quite concerned about it. I tried doing that multiple times but after transferring the data at the set up process using "Move to iOS", WhatsApp on my iPhone was unable to import chats and said "Unknown error has occurred please retry or continue without backup" at 40%, i've seen this issue in apple community as well but there is no proper instructions about it and i lost my excitement for owning an iPhone at that moment !!! Please help me, Nabeel Sir !!!

No only one chat backup is possible. Your primary whatsapp number can only be backed up
