I ended up finding one of these in a charity shop recently. It was in reasonably good condition, with the original batteries, and because the Salvation Army didn't have any means of properly testing the keyboard, given they didn't have smart devices or proper Bluetooth Dongles, they only charged $3AU for the device. This was especially good, given it costs $59-79AU brand new. I followed the instructions on the device, which was still stuck onto the keyboard, paired it with my iPad Mini, and it works perfectly! Not a bad deal.

I will get one of these. thank you! The only thing missing is a case to carry it with you . Preferably one would also but take your tablet to make it one package
I actually use the box it came in as a case. I plan to cover the box in sturdy canvas fabric and add a shoulder strap for easy carrying.
I have this keyboard, and LOVE it! I bought it because i was tired of carrying my lap top at school, so i got a tablet and this keyboard. This is MUCH lighter that carrying any laptop!

just wondering how stable you find this on the flimsy desks most lecture halls seem to have, has it ever seemed like the tablet would fall out?
It's perfectly fine, especially in landscape mode.
Which key is the send key for phone. I type message but enter does is start a new line.
Does this support pageUp and pageDown options?
FYI you can use this keybard on windows vista to What is that little flap thing on the side of the keyboard I don't have it on mine 480 keyboard that flap i see on yours is up by the back key long side of the keyboard. and does it do
cool but i have problem pairing with external dongles. my keyboard only pairs with devices using internal bluetooth receiver (phone, tablet, android tv)
I have a Otterbox Case on my Samsung Tablet (Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition). Would that fit or would I have to take off the otterbox case?

the physical layout is English, but you can install other language packs on android.

Purchased this key board three years ago. Paid $27.00 on sale through Amazon. After doing research, this seems to be the key board of choice for overseas journaIists. Light weight, reliable and easy to pack. I love this key board for many reasons. I broke my middle finger and it can cause me pain typing. The shallow keys are comfortable to use. I had to turn on the " klacking" sound. I missed that. This device is paired with my 10" Kindle Fire, which I paid $ 50.00 for on sale at Amazon. Do you see where I'm going with this? A whole lot cheaper than a fancy unit and both work great! The batteries lasted over two years. I highly recommend it. ~ Diane

I just want to know, if we used hotkey on samsung Note 4, then pairing with this keyboard. Are we can still used the hot key? so if we press "1" in this keyboard, then the clipboard from Hot key will be paste in the text field?

Does this keyboard come with a unifying receiver? Just purchased and cannot connect to my Dell tablet. Please advise how to pair the device before I return it, please.
He shows you how to connect it in the video...It's bluetooth, it doesn't come with a unifying receiver like other wireless logitech products that aren't bluetooth. Does your dell tablet have bluetooth, and if so, is bluetooth actually turned on?

i heard you saying that u have used it as your main PC keyboard for over a month so, i just wanted to ask how did u connect it? like did u had a external Bluetooth dongle attach on your pc? , i always have a very bad experience with Bluetooth devices so im not sure if its reliable to use it as your main pc keyboard via Bluetooth connection through a dongle, im not sure if it connects while booting up so i just wanted to clear that up. great review indeed btw totally forgot to say that my bad lol
It should connect as soon as windows starts up most of the time. Switching between a different device and back usually solves it if it doesn't. Haven't had any major problems. Do note that bluetooth keyboards, unlike wireless USB keyboards that use a dongle, don't work before windows boots, e.gs. in the BIOS. So if you wanted, to, say, start in safe mode or something, that would be a problem.
I put new batteries in, but it won't turn on much less connect. Why?

There is no button for that
how do you do diacriticals? It doesn't allow for them with the alt button, accents.

does your windows 10 PC actually have bluetooth built in? Not all do. In fact, most don't. If not, you'll have to buy a USB bluetooth dongle to plug into your PC.

not direct to the keyboard, you would connect it to the device you are using the keyboard on.

I am having trouble with the arrow buttons to go between screens is that a battery issue or a keyboard issue
That's a software issue, not something a keyboard can solve. Hitting enter used to send texts on android, then they changed it in later versions of android so that hitting enter just goes to a new line. The keyboard only knows how to send an enter keystroke, it's up to the individual app or OS what to do with it and unfortunately the trend is for enter not to send. I think facebook messenger might have an option to change it buried somewhere, but that's not the norm. You should look into a third-party SMS app to handle your texts instead of the default android one. That's the only thing that can solve this for you.
Textra app have the setting for the Enter button to be used to send texts. :)

no they are setup as 2 individual bluetooth connections.
But come to think of it I have never tried, I will dig out the keyboard and test it for you just to make sure.

I regret buying this keyboard too! I can't pair it with any of my Android devices (I get a window that pops up with a 6 digit pairing code for approximately 2 seconds before disappearing and being immediately replaced with another pop up (while I'm still typing) saying I had entered the wrong pair code. I have literally tried hundreds of times, and am so over this piece of garbage! :'(
PS: By the way, I had no problem pairing it to my Windows 10 PC (it paired 1st time).
Same as me! It pairs with my phone but not my Android tablet
In the end, I went and got a refund, then went onto eBay & bought a case + BT keyboard bundle, that was compatible to my tablet's brand & model. The bundle only cost me $28, so I was a bit sceptical as to whether or not it'd actually work- but surprisingly, it did first go!
