    I enjoyed your OB lessons/videos, thank you. The assumption "happy employees are productive employees" is not valid because the relationship between Job satisfaction and Performance is indirect, thus performance indirectly causes job satisfaction through the mediating effects of "Rewards" and employees' perceptions of the rewards.
