Instax mini li'play is good too. It has dual functionality, you can use as instant camera or as a printer. I think it's better! You can take photos as much as you want, save it and print later. It has a lcd screen so you won't need an app to print from your phone. You can print directly on the device. But if you prefer taking photos with your phone or a much better camera, instax mini link will do.
For me, of all the instax camera that i got so far Instax Square SQ6 is what i like best! the instax sq6 film is pretty because of it's square size, it looks like photos came out from instagram. Plus it has a lot of options you can modify when taking photo. it has double exposure, timer, and more.. For instax printer mini link is best because it connects via Bluetooth, you can take it anywhere and print without the need of wifi. But if you want both function in one device, you can go for instax mini liplay. Yes, it happens. The quality of the photo will drop upon printing. That is why i edit my photos before printing, making it more vibrant. Because when you print with instax mini link it loses some colors, making it looking so bright.

Hi, i suggest charging your printer for 10~20 minutes, then try to connect it again.

Yes, you can see the strength of the filter above the app. Because i cut the video that it why it's not captured.
