Not to mention all of the other robot masters that he built and reprogrammed. Wily might be responsible for government corruption.

Gotta give Mega Man 11 props for atomsphere, but 10's tower to space is complete overkill. Wily Castle 5 is ridiculous, how is that supposed to look intimidating?
