forgot to add in my stats at the end so here they are for those who are into that stuff: 52.3 mph max speed, 12,951ft ski vertical, 12.6mi ski distance, 9 runs for 2:55:04. thanks for watching!
Definitely a good workout that's for sure I'm totally jealous ..... Nothing like the shred The wind blowing through your helmet The beauty of the mountains so happy you bring it back to us Lucas
whenever you think there's bad snow out west, consider that the northeast will be getting 3 inches of rain and 50 degrees monday. Always be grateful for what you have
I can’t believe how fast you skied down those steep trails! I caught myself holding my breath!! 😅 Thanx for taking us out for another fantastic day on the slopes with you! We’re Stoked for the Holidays! Thanx, Lucas!🙌🏼⛷️🎄🌟🎁
The mountains are starting to fill in and the runs are opening for us to enjoy. Get out there guys and get some!!!! Thanks for another day of adventure and beauty 🙏
This is why I love your channel real skiing conditions! Honest view points no fluff! I only get out west once a year. I have learned a lot from what you share!! Don’t worry about the nitpicky purists u will never make everyone happy no matter what or where you ski. Keep up the great work!!!
I like that you always have a positive attitude when you and I know the conditions are crap and Most of us are just staying home not risking an injury early in the season.
Heard about the furnace issues. Every camper van owner i know that has a diesel heater has issues. Diesel and cold and altitude don't mix well. I have propane, Propex furnace, going on four years (two years full time van dwelling) , subzero and above 7500' altitude, and never an issue. Like zero maintenance with propane. I'm still enjoying the stoke inspired videos! RonB
I’ve been watching your videos for a while now and I’m finally going up to Park City on Sunday! It will be my first time up there and my stoke levels are off the charts. Thanks for the great vids
My buddy skied McKonkey's yesterday on the day they opened it and the pics he sent me looked fantastic. Had been slightly skied out by patrollers but he found some fresh tracks. Exciting to see more and more terrain is opening. The new Eagle 6-pack opens on 12/20 at Solitude...
yewww! Dude so stoked to hear my name on your vlog, feels like an honor man lol. I appreciate it friend, its been awesome supporting the channel the last few years. This is the best Red Pine Chutes footage out there, and a memory I'll certainly never forget. Thanks for sharing man, too awesome!
Remember back in the mid 90s when Les Otten and Sunday River formed ASC (American Ski Corporation) and it was a huge deal when they bought Heavenly,Steamboat and The Canyons? looks like sweet terrain - not bad for early season!
Yo Lucas! Love your videos, been watching you since season 2. Now im at park city working as a ski instructor and im always in the search of luna and you! Hope i'll get to meet ya. Been following from Argentina and finally im here. Love what you do
Dude. Great video of PC…not sure if you’ve upgraded your camera but run 2 moraine, the video looks SICK on my TV!! Lastly your first east face turns looked the best!
The little 5 second Off Highway Van teaser 1:53 😃, sounds like you might be getting set up with a new rig? That’s awesome if you get a van deal! Loving the cinematic vids as always!
If possible, could you show the boundary of the Utah resorts? Where is the point where Park City - Deer Valley meet? Alta -Snowbird. Brighton - Solitude.
Those bindings look sweet on those skis but it sucks that you don't have bindings on your old JJs.. It might have been the perfect day to bring those skis out of retirement..
Be careful skiing trees in early season, especially the bottom. I still have a thromboses knot on the back of my thigh from fifteen years ago when I lived in Big Sky.
So sick to swe this channel and community continue to geow and stand behind you. I was gonna send you some dogwood too but someone took care of that :)
I went through those trees last year when I went and got absolutely flogged lol. Then I decided to go through them again the next day to find a better line and it was crusty. Miserable.
Is it me, or did that last run "almost" get the better of you? Looks it might have bucked you a little forward. From the camera angle I swear you were going to go over your feet.

Does NOT change the fact that there’s still bad snow out here lol.
Snow is spectacular in little cottonwood
idk if you've seen VT lately but don't come the snow is definitely horrible lol
You forgot Jay, 110 this season to date
@@willkence7745 we'll see where those 110 inches go after monday

You're a great skier! I am a ski instructor going to Park City next season to teach. This has been really informative and fun to watch. Thank you!

thank you for that! i am glad you enjoy it!
I was spoiled last year with all the powder, AND it was my first time ever skiing and I got to in PC. Flying back there Sunday and beyond excited
Stoked for Utah...
I think the 106s are the money ski.
Such a all mountain all conditions ski.
You are shredding on them!!
Yeeeewwww!!!
Yeah man I agree! Great ski when you don’t know what you’re gonna be getting into!
Yes, Lucas, I agree about the beauty of the views and landscapes. Never gets old. 👍
The pen pal thing is cool asf. A time forgotten. Except you two are keeping it alive somewhat.
I like that you always have a positive attitude when you and I know the conditions are crap and Most of us are just staying home not risking an injury early in the season.
The conditions certainly are not crap! But I appreciate that
Conditions didn’t look crap to me

The last run down Red Pine Chutes gave a great angle from in front and above.

Park City videos are always special to me man 🥹 loved this one!
Man, that made MY face hurt! ☠️ Thanks for working so hard to keep us entertained my friend!

Let it snow!!!!
Yes!!
Could you do a video with your suggestions on what to wear or how to layer for skying. First skying trip coming up and would appreciate your input
good idea!
14:40 - that view almost looked too perfect to be real. Crazy shit.
Tough to believe in person also.
Another BANGER!! Amazing work as always. Enjoy the book my dude! ❄️ 🏔

Merry Christmas man. Thanks for being here
I love early season 9990. Haven't hit PC this year yet. Been stickin' to the cottonwoods thus far. Looks like PC is finally ready for a trip!
yeah PC is fun! a little bit more laid back imo than the cottonwoods but the snow up in LCC is still the best in the country by far
Condor too 0:47
Your tree skiing is always the best! Stay safe man!
Thanks dan! I love the trees !
9990 lets go.....mark will be rippin charlie brown like its nothing this year! Hopefully Jup laps make it into the meet up this year!
I’m down to call an audible and go to PC so we can get squad jup laps haha!
Steep and ruff ! You might feel some little pains and soreness after that day . 😆
haha love it!
you seem to be loving the unicorn mount, frees up your hands i guess. nice runs through the trees
love run 5, favorite camera angle/mount
It’s definitely great for that! Gives me a different perspective while not having to hold a third pole in my hands!

haha that stuff hurt
planning on doing some touring into Bear Trap accessed via 9990 soon.

I had a Vision that At 90 You Were still Ripping the slopes 🙌
Hahah let’s hope so 🙌🏽🙌🏽

Cool jump off the log
There is a difference between tree skiing and treeing;) I went skiing today.. First time in a month.. I am so glad I went..

Yeeeeeeeeeeeew nice video man
thanks man!!
Hey mate, you got any plans for how to park and ski PC side for Jupiter etc? Screw $26 a day!
your only option is to park at canyons village and either take the bus over to PC side, or take the quicksilver gondola over!
How you liking the new boots after skiing some tougher terrain?
I like them! Could def go with 130 flex for next season.
Definitely harder when the obstacles decide your line.
I went through those trees last year when I went and got absolutely flogged lol. Then I decided to go through them again the next day to find a better line and it was crusty. Miserable.
Red pine chutes is my go to on 9990
its definitely a sick run!
What equipment do you use that films yourself from above
gopro boom mount + gopro max
