Great video tom! I need your opinion on this phone? How long do you think you can handle the phone before malfunctions? Like you said it's future proof I want to make this phone worth it because in my country it's pretty expensive and what do you recommend to make it last longer?
Why would my screen not register finger sleeve touch at night but it does during rhe day??? Please i need this answer i cant play at night with finger sleeves...give me possible solutions ....it started after i chsnged an in game setting regarding changing of color of the maps in codm and somehow it affected the device I think that was what triggered it but maybe was something else
@@TechReviewTom in codm, BR mode graphic style setting, I synchronized the color change to MP and that's when messed up, how do I reset it and delete custom 1 like it didn't happen...idk how
Theres a mode you can turn on that is increased sensitivity for gloves try that. Go to dev options and turn off the refresh rate switching in dark rooms. Hope these help you.
can you please help to verify if RedMagic 9 pro has the "Background mode" feature. This feature helps to keep your game running even when you are on the other app. This is helpful for mmorpg if i want my character to keep farming / grinding monsters 24/7 so far i only know of Asus ROG phone has this feature .
Hello, have you tried playing on citra emulator like dragon ball fusions, im asking why is, are there smooth frames and gameplay and no lag, is it like that?
Both are quite good as long as you use an external cooler on rog 8 it will perform the same the difference is that the price of a rog compared to rdm is way higher

I don't like how they only have 12 gigs of ram. The fold was awesome but I was just tired of the fold design after a while so I sold it. I have a s24 ultra which is great. Also the software is the same dude they are both android 14.
I have s24 ultra, zfold4 and the RM9 Pro. Samsung is better in every way. I would not take a redmagic as my single daily driver. It is strictly a fun side-hobby phone for me. The screen is quite alot dimmer, the loudspeaker is alot less premium sounding, cameras are just meh, no s-pen. Everything is just 2024 budget-ish quality. But having said that, it absolutely rules when it comes to gaming. It does not thermal throttle, period! The s24 throttles fast and hard if you push the fps and resolution. The RM9 gets retardedly hot, but it does not throttle - thats why I bought this phone!
Yeah I disagree with you on the s24 ultra being a better daily driver, I prefer the 9 pro plus over the s24 ultra. Its definitely not better in every other way at all man. The display is a lower resolution but the 24 gigs of ram makes up for it imo. Ive had a zfold 5 as well. The 9 pp is the best out of the 3. Id sell my s24 ultra if I didn't use it as a camera.

And I actually use the s-pen alot, cuz I was a note8 user for 5yrs. But having said that, I could never live without the foldable display anymore. Funny how ppl can have totally different feelings/conclusions. But thats okay, youre allowed to have your wrong opininions, hi-hi 😁
As far as I am aware these are the top contenders, suprisingly enough you can get some pretty solid performance out of the one plus devices with 24 gigs of ram. Its probably the best non gaming device.

Refresh rate switching in dev settings, make sure its off.

I use suyu, super Mario RPG works I know that much lol. It probably works great if the rom is good, sometimes roms are just black screens

It also has a 165hz refresh vs 120hz on the RedMagic. I wouldn't bring a cooler around everywhere though so RM is for me.
