👀 I simply cannot believe how fast you are. The only explanation for your speed is that you've worked with this specific model of camera on a daily basis for years, and I know there can't be that many people getting their old film cameras overhauled, so you simply must be a wizard. There is no other explanation.

Pro tip for your videos: scrap the background music. I respect your work but after a few repetitive minutes I kept expecting to be told ‘your call is important to us’ and I had to put it on silent for my own sanity.

Once I get to the 3:30 stage, there is no returning. It'll be off to the camera shop.

    My X700 speed are not fully accurate for 1/1000s I got 1/697s - 1.435ms.
How I can improve it ?

I have a x-700 and the button or shudder i think it is, is not clicking as in the sound of taking a picture. What does that mean 🤔

Hello, I have a focusing problem with my Minolta X-500. When the mirror is lowered, I realize that it does not fold down completely, it remains raised for half a millimeter before being completely lowered. if I push it gently I can lower it so that it is well positioned. Do you have any ideas on how I can resolve this problem? Thank you for your extremely informative videos.

Hello. Your camera would need to be evaluated to determine why the mirror doesn't drop all the way down. There might be several causes for this - mirror block assembly, winding mechanism or even shutter. Unless you want to chance it, I don't recommend venturing into disassembling the camera by yourself. I would suggest sending it to a repair shop for further evaluation and repair.
