If you actually block out all the noise out there, both good and bad, and just look under the hood for yourself, you might just surprise yourself. And now here comes a chain that has your protocol already built and functioning on it, you still have control over it, and now it can actually function as intended because the fees are much cheaper and the chain is much faster. The infrastructure like DEX (pulseX) nft market place, stable coin, lending protocols, etc are ready to launch. 4. No one is underwater on their investment. Sacrificers essentially locked the value of their investment when they sacarficed. 5. You're another bro who thinks market cap is everything. Hex reached those high gains early on because it had a small liquidity pool. Liquidity (supply) and of course demand determines price. Not market caps. 6. The layer 2s you've mentioned are un-popular and their price charts show it. Being listed on CEX is something you shouldn't brag about. IMO it shouldn't be compared to the valuations of ETH layer 2 solutions, but to the valuations of other non-ETH smart contract platforms. Many have $10B+ marketcaps even in the current market.

You're undermining the value of market arbitrage. Forking the Ethereum state means zero upfront cost to participate on the blockchain. It's isolated to its own ecosystem. The only way to extract value from it to "more legit" ecosystems like Ethereum is by exposing yourself to risk. The biggest returns come from the people taking on the most risk. So the initial people that start utilizing their tokens on the Ethereum side to support bridging will earn the most yield. If the tokens on the Pulsechain side lose value.... there is market arbitrage for the people that will look at that as an opportunity. As market dynamics auto correct.... it builds confidence, which builds volume. The safest thing to do for most people is to leave their ethereum tokens alone and not try to swap those tokens for pulsechain tokens. But that doesn't stop them from messing around on the pulsechain using tokens they got for free. That also doesn't stop speculators from taking on risk to facilitate bridging "worthless" tokens onto Ethereum for potential upside.

pulse is completely deflationary. seems like you didn't learn that. one of the most basic features. It will start with a high market cap but the amount of available coins will go down over time. Which will make it more scarce and push the price up. So you can essentially have the same market cap with a higher price per token.

You also missed the point regarding the opportunity with decentralised Apps and their tokens which will very much be useful with community built or original Dev supported front ends (rolls eyes...). As for naming a single benefit of transacting on Pulse versus a Roll Up... You can move your tokens immediately to another chain if using Pulse, but you must wait until after the "Challenge Period" expires (a period of one week for Optimism) before moving assets if using a roll up.... You are also limited to the number of Apps available on roll ups and this will continue into the future as it is not a trivial process to bring a Dapp from an L1 or sidechain onto something that batch processes or leverages ZKP's such as Arbitrum, Optimism, ZK Sync or Starkware. Also bare in mind that rollups can be applied to Pulsechain as it does to Ethereum so wasting so much time wind-bagging about the virtues of roll-ups is silly as the benefits of batch processing, or other scaling tech (such as sharding) applies equally to both chains except Pulse begins with faster block times, and cheaper out the gate due to lower node costs (oh my!)...🙄

3. Not all projects on Ethereum will choose to say on pulsechain. But few will, especially project that can't operate due to crazy high gas fees. There are hundreds of new projects ready to launch on pulsechain. For a new block chain to be in this situation is very rare.
The infrastructure like DEX (pulseX) nft market place, stable coin, lending protocols, etc are ready to launch.
4. No one is underwater on their investment. Sacrificers essentially locked the value of their investment when they sacarficed.
5. You're another bro who thinks market cap is everything. Hex reached those high gains early on because it had a small liquidity pool. Liquidity (supply) and of course demand determines price. Not market caps.
6. The layer 2s you've mentioned are un-popular and their price charts show it. Being listed on CEX is something you shouldn't brag about. CEXs are dangerous, not your keys, not your coins - and should be promoted. Opposite of defi..

IMO it shouldn't be compared to the valuations of ETH layer 2 solutions, but to the valuations of other non-ETH smart contract platforms. Many have $10B+ marketcaps even in the current market.

You're undermining the value of market arbitrage. Forking the Ethereum state means zero upfront cost to participate on the blockchain. It's isolated to its own ecosystem. The only way to extract value from it to "more legit" ecosystems like Ethereum is by exposing yourself to risk. The biggest returns come from the people taking on the most risk. So the initial people that start utilizing their tokens on the Ethereum side to support bridging will earn the most yield. If the tokens on the Pulsechain side lose value.... there is market arbitrage for the people that will look at that as an opportunity. As market dynamics auto correct.... it builds confidence, which builds volume.
The safest thing to do for most people is to leave their ethereum tokens alone and not try to swap those tokens for pulsechain tokens. But that doesn't stop them from messing around on the pulsechain using tokens they got for free. That also doesn't stop speculators from taking on risk to facilitate bridging "worthless" tokens onto Ethereum for potential upside.
What is the actual arbitrage opportunity here? Why would anyone send ETH-chain stuff to pulsechain?

pulse is completely deflationary. seems like you didn't learn that. one of the most basic features. It will start with a high market cap but the amount of available coins will go down over time. Which will make it more scarce and push the price up. So you can essentially have the same market cap with a higher price per token.

Blockchain Guy - you should have done some research into how the USD liquidity pairings are being handled before doing this video... What you have in your head does not match what will be occurring. You also missed the point regarding the opportunity with decentralised Apps and their tokens which will very much be useful with community built or original Dev supported front ends (rolls eyes...). As for naming a single benefit of transacting on Pulse versus a Roll Up... You can move your tokens immediately to another chain if using Pulse, but you must wait until after the "Challenge Period" expires (a period of one week for Optimism) before moving assets if using a roll up.... You are also limited to the number of Apps available on roll ups and this will continue into the future as it is not a trivial process to bring a Dapp from an L1 or sidechain onto something that batch processes or leverages ZKP's such as Arbitrum, Optimism, ZK Sync or Starkware. Also bare in mind that rollups can be applied to Pulsechain as it does to Ethereum so wasting so much time wind-bagging about the virtues of roll-ups is silly as the benefits of batch processing, or other scaling tech (such as sharding) applies equally to both chains except Pulse begins with faster block times, and cheaper out the gate due to lower node costs (oh my!)...🙄
