John Deere 3 Point Hitch Gin Pole Lifting Steel Plate

Lifting a 3/8" steel plate with a custom made gin pole.
Gin pole review video to come. It is 2" x 4" x 1/4" wall tubing for the mast and 1/2" mounts for clevis hooks. It is designed to work with John Deere 2440 and 4040 three point hitches.

I like the idea of the chain at the top for adjustability to get maximim lift from the three point.
