The Legend of Zelda is one of the greatest game series' ever. When my Brother and I were little, we got the Wii as Christmas present. These were probably the happiest holidays we ever had, especially cause it was our first console. We got it together with Mariokart. Time passed by and we got our second game, Super Mario Bross Wii. When we walked through a game store one day, a golden Case with a guy in a green suit and a sword got our attention. We never knew a game that looked like this. It seemed interesting and exciting cause it was that different from the games we played. So we decided to try it. And it was one of the best decisions we ever made. Our first Zelda Game: Skyward Sword. And also the third game for our first console. When we opened the case and put the disc into the Wii, it felt like going into an other world. This whole environment was full of fantasy. It was colorful, warm, but also frightning, exciting and strange. Together with the music and the whole plot and tasks, it felt like living in there. My brother and I played it almost every day together and we were just speechless. We shared the emotions of the game characters and the story with each other, found new dungeons, foes and tried to solve the mysteries behind the world and ourselve. An amazing game that still feels like a real adventure I experienced. We became great fans of The Legend of Zelda and in the last years we played also Twilight Princess, Ocarina of time, Between Worlds, The Windwaker and Breath of the Wild. I just can say it again: An incredible game series, always worth to buy and play. When I hear the music, it feels sooooo nostalgic. And I can't describe how excited I am to get Skyward Sword HD into my hands. Can't wait for it.
Man, that's just real sweet. I also played this game with my brother. It really is nostalgic!! Gotta get the game so I can play it for old time's sake.
Always played Zelda alone, cuz nobody else really liked it in my house. But it's my favorite ever game series, and Skyward Sword..well, it's my second REAL Zelda game (the first is Tiwlight Princess). And I love it so much..
I think most people go through a similar experience with Zelda. Showing my age but for me it was OoT on the N64. Prior to that I’d owned a SEGA mega drive and before that the commodore C64. N64 was my first Nintendo. A school friend said OoT was good so I asked for it for my birthday. It was just another level from anything id played to date. Played every Zelda game up to twilight princess, I missed skyward sword as adult life got in the way. After pretty much a 14 year break from gaming my son got a Switch for Christmas this year and I just had to treat myself to Breath of the Wild, couldn’t believe how great it was and it rekindled my love of gaming, now working my way through SS.
like 9 years ago i got the wii mini as a christmas present with zelda skyward, and since that day, when i could pass the first eye of the faron temple i was so happy to continue xD, i've tried btow but i cant play it at home cause i cant have more than 2 consoles on my house and i had to sell my wii, didnt wanted for that good moments that i had with all of my family and my grandma, she has died, but when she was alive and i used to play near of her she tried to mimic Link's sounds when he climbs or run, was so good person and so lovely with us at home
Out of the hundreds of games I've played across the past 20 years, Skyward Sword is the only game that can make me cry from just listening to its soundtrack
If you liked Skyward Sword's soundtrack that much, have you explored Twilight Princess yet? If so, what were your thoughts on it? That one is my favorite ^-^

Now she isnt with us but i still want to buy Skyward Sword HD just for the old times i have passed with her. I know people like to hate on this game, but goddamn it's one of my favourite Zelda's (I never really had too many issues with the motion controls apart from recallibrating them every now and then) having the 1:1 movement of the sword to your hand was amazing and really made me feel immersed into the game, I loved how Skyloft was kind of small tbh it meant you got to know every single character and the side quests in this one are so memorable. Don't get me wrong I love how botw is a grand adventure with a huge open world, but it lacks a lot of key Zelda elements like creative dungeons and memorable side quests, you never really connect to any of the characters in the same way either as once you've been somewhere once there's not many reasons to go back

@@ebaystutz2636 I found it really fun, I’m at the final boss but haven’t beaten him because I stopped playing after my first few tries. I used the motion controls and had very little difficulty with them. Honestly the game is so much fun compared to what some people say. I’d give it 10/10
My first experiences with this game were through weird means. I had borrowed a copy from a local library when I was in middle school because I was an avid Twilight Princess player for the years leading up. I wasn't smart enough to make it through the first dungeon, but the colors, music, and refreshingly romantic interactions between Link and Zelda really hooked me. However, I gave it back and forgot about it because, y'know, middle school. When I found out they re-released it for HD, I was pretty much influenced by the media's hate for the clunky gameplay, but I was deeply craving a new zelda experience. Boy, was I glad I got that game. I played it for three days straight, so addicted to it that I was forced to leave my room by my mother. I used the button-controls because I'm lazy, but I felt they were intuitive and really pushed me to be careful and interactive. While I at first found Fi annoying, I recognized her use and used her quite a bit to figure out more difficult enemies, and her farewell, with all the knowledge I have now of the timeline and master sword, felt reminiscent of Midna's goodbye in TP. This game truly felt like a masterpiece to me, and despite its evident flaws (all games have them), I truly felt like I was a part of the world, and cried like a baby when I realized it was over. I love Zelda with all my heart.
Though I liked it on the Wii, I love it WAY MORE on the Switch! Love all the subtle changes that Nintendo made. It just makes the game much more enjoyable to play.
Agreed! Skyward Sword's soundtrack is such a masterpiece... Romance in the Air and Zelda's Lullaby are my favourite songs of all time. ❤ The best game, in my opinion, hands down!

I was a kid and my older sister was playing this game, I would always watch her play and play myself when she wasn't home. I don't have much memories, I only remember the main island, the colors and this amazing music. Kinda nostalgic rn
Don't get me wrong I love how botw is a grand adventure with a huge open world, but it lacks a lot of key Zelda elements like creative dungeons and memorable side quests, you never really connect to any of the characters in the same way either as once you've been somewhere once there's not many reasons to go back
Coming to the Switch! Best soundtrack for any Zelda game. Can't wait to relive this game
I was listening and Fi’s farewell came on and I immediately started to cry!🥲
Who is here after Nintendo announced Skyward Sword HD on the switch
f that, og wii only
*me sleeping with this music*
Ballad of the godness: Hello
Me: OH NO-
I bet the silent realm helped a lot too ;)
My math teacher played this once while we were doing exercises.
Nice, but what kind of exercises were y’all doing
@@themusicmanshows5002 Basic algebra stuff
Like very basic algebra
That’s nice I can barely do algebra 😂 it’s the one class I have a b in
No way!? I wish mine would do so; they mostly just play the Hamilton Soundtrack 🙄
@@harbinger9231 Algebra sucks, but geometry's worse 😞
The part from 21:45 is reminiscent of the trials in the game. I remember that the lookout of the trials was too scary to proceed!!
This among several other Zelda games will always have a special place in my heart.

Congulaturations! Switch HD Remaster one will come!
I woke up with a cold sweat when I heard the silent realm
Skyward sword haves the bests songs ever TwT
I just finished ss and I have to say it's my favorite zelda game at the moment now, the connection between this incarnation of Link and Zelda meant a lot to me as I was playing it because I was going through a painful moment where I wasn't able to see my boyfriend, It really hit home to me because of that
Best soundtrack in gaming history and nothing will change my mind ever 💖
Skyward sword is amazing!!
Damn, now I gotta play it again. Such a wonderful game. Thanks for the nice playlist!
21:44 the ONLY way this is relaxing is if you’ve never played the game before
I miss you grandma.
21:45 Best music of the game
Wow, the way it ends! ❤
Honestly enjoyed this more than breath of the wild (not a joke). BOTW just to me isnt a zelda game and no matter how hard i tried it just didnt click with me at all, prefer the older style zelda games, hopoefully one day they go back to that style...i just hope twilight princess and windwaker come out for switch.
ive been looking for 34:00 all night 😭
This game and this soundtracks are monumental masterpieces.
fi's farewell it's my favourite music
La Saw6 Grillée same, it’s beautiful
My 8 year old self would be so confused if i told him i was playing tears of the kingdom listening to the skyward sword sound track
2 months ago I said this makes me want an HD for switch, and would you look at that, looks like predicted it can't wait till july!
I hate this so much, I'm just trying to study to good music... but then I just start crying and tightening my chest every 10 minutes listening to this ost
*Me just vibing*

NOPE I'M OUT
The title of the next game was just released! I remember watching my big brother play this game and that is when I fell In love with the legend of Zelda I was sadly never able to beat the game because I was so little (I found my brothers old wii and I am trying to beat the game) and then this year I got breath of the wild and I was amazed I am so excited for the next game! Legend of Zelda will always have a special place in my heart.
Sorry for the long comment

skyward sword by far was one of the best zelda games
i agree
I haven’t played it but I will soon. I know I’m going to like it
@@CommanderBly5052 How did you like it?
@@ebaystutz2636 I found it really fun, I’m at the final boss but haven’t beaten him because I stopped playing after my first few tries. I used the motion controls and had very little difficulty with them. Honestly the game is so much fun compared to what some people say. I’d give it 10/10
" 1 Hour of Emotional & Relaxing Music"
Me hearing the psysalis music and stressing because of the trauma
When i was cleaning this helped a lot thanks
"Me listen to this while sleeping"
"Silent realm music"
Me: NOPE
This is how to make a grown man cry.
Fuck..... what a beautiful world... ugh
I love Zelda with all my heart.
listening to this whilst revising, great compilation!
the moment i heard the silent realm i was slightly on edge cause i thought it was going to play the guardians awakening theme
Though I liked it on the Wii, I love it WAY MORE on the Switch! Love all the subtle changes that Nintendo made. It just makes the game much more enjoyable to play.
brou, I was here to relax, not cryyy
Skyward Sword has the best OST.
Romance in the Air is the most underrated song in this game.
Agreed! Skyward Sword's soundtrack is such a masterpiece... Romance in the Air and Zelda's Lullaby are my favourite songs of all time. ❤
The best game, in my opinion, hands down!
0:22 best part
most definitely playing Zelda's Lullaby at my wedding
Or the clip of the sky loft instrumental version in the middle of the end credits. I have thought the same thing
yesss
SAME!
So much nostalgia in this game for me 😭😭
SKYWARD SWORD HD YESSSSS! I can finally play it without having to go buy a wii
Im going to cry when I see Fi and hear her theme again
Mon enfance 🥰

thanks! I wanted this one!!
Spoiler alert* the music of Fi was amazing skyward sword but it hit different when she had to go seal away demise in the master sword 😭😭😢😓😥
So much nostalgia, beating it with my crap motion controls haha.
Everyone on Skyloft is just sideways lol
As calming as the Silent Realm theme sounds...hearing it was instant ptsd 😂
is it possible to add a track list of music? :)
I like the song at 10:13 but I don´t know the name of it.
It's called Gate of Time

Not the best Zelda game but the best soundtrack by far
This game will be forever in my heart, although not being the best, I really enjoyed it.
