Got my carbon edition Friday 4/5/24 drove it loved the speed and the shocks...woke up Saturday installed new hobbywings Max 10 g2 140 amp and modified the battery tray to fit a 4s Hrb 5000mah...thing is stupid fast now love it more than my xrt...💪🏿🤷🏿♂️

I'd tune the entire week because i love owning different wheel options to improve offroad performance.I got my Terminator over a week ago, put a Protek 4100 graphene 3S 130C in it, and man! it's fast, handles identically to a larger 1/10 scale, very controllable. I ripped through grass etc. My only and last mini RC, it can't get any better than this for offroad mini's nope.
0:41 That front suspension is really sprung up tight. do you run most your RCs this way ? Curious what the motor and ESC temps are like with the large tires.
For the price you can’t complain I have the 17mm wheel mounts coming so we’ll see how it handles after I get them on. Not sure what wheels I’m using yet but the have to be 17mm.
I still have what's left of my Marui Big Bear and Galaxy. Those things were so slow and fragile compared to what we get now. I had to replace the differential gears every 3-4 runs and went through 3 speed controls before I built my own using spare parts from my friend's Kyosho Icarus. They looked great and were cheap but I'm very happy to see that marui are no longer around
I get triple backflips for breakfast with the hobbywing 120 sensored esc ,the 3650 10.5 T sensored motor and for tires which are direct bolt on and allow great air control are the dboots copperhead tires off of the granite voltage. Hexes and all bolt right up.
Just seeing this now. Funny, even though the chassis doesn't remind me any of the big bear (which i had as a kid), I was wondering if i could find a big bear like body for it. I loved the nissan stepside body it had.

Tokyo Marui Big Bear? To me, it looks just like an HPI Savage XS Flux or the HPI Savage X 4.6. Like an identical miniature copy of it. Go look at the pictures of one and tell me I'm not right? lol

This RC looks like it handles better than most 1/10 scale monster trucks.
I received mine recently and its a blast best rc ive owned previously had a traxxas bandit and a wltoys12428 but i love this one

When I put the bigger tires on it makes a weird binding/grinding sound any ideas? Everyone I’ve seen throws bigger tires and no issues.

Check this rc out. Team Magic e5hx plus 4s. I got one a week ago an she is a little best of a 1/10 rc. I think she would be better then the rlaarlo.
Those tires are way too big for that truck not to mention the tires that the Gorgon comes with suck.
