    Hey Thanks for The info I'm playing Resto Druid but I've never been using Vuhdo, I just picked a profile from a streamer profile, but the problem is that it shows eeeeeevery thing like prideful necrotic stacks and the other Debuff (in mythic plus there is a buff on every one that says upon everyone's death u will lose 5sec) On Players frame, to indicate this problem better, necrotic stacks will be shown on the top right where u have rejuvenation, prideful is near it and then the other Debuff so I cant see if the tank is at FULL HP on not ! idk if u get my problem or not :)

    • @fast_cats
      @fast_cats  4 года назад

      I think I understand the problem! I haven't done any M+ so I might have to play around with "Debuffs" in-game a bit more. This is part of the reason why I have my frames so big, though; so that I can still see health even when the panel is full of HoT icons and such! Have you tried making the icons smaller (the little slider under "HoT Icons")? That might help free up a bit more room for M+ play.
      I'll try to play with it soon; my internet has been out for 48 hours at home so I can't check WoW at the moment. Also, if you could screenshot what it looks like for you that would be pretty helpful, too!

    • @fast_cats
      @fast_cats  4 года назад

      All right, I thought of some things you can look at/try. Go to the Debuffs tab (on the bottom), and then under the different buttons on the right, look at "Visuals." Here you can make the icons smaller and/or move the default location they appear at. By default VuhDo anchors them to the upper right but you can adjust where they sit on the X/Y axis as well as how big the icon for them is. I tested these two settings in BGs to get lots of debuffs flying and perhaps one of these will work for you! For both I made the scale .45x,
      For five mans; this would anchor the debuffs to the right of your frames (so, outside of the frame box where Rejuv would show up, but centered vertically). This only works in 5 man content, I would imagine, as the debuffs would overlap in 10 man groups and look awful:
      -anchored to the upper right,
      -X axis at 36%,
      -Y axis at 0%.
      For raids/larger groups; it places the icons closer to the center of the frame (almost under the role icon):
      -anchor to upper left,
      -X axis at 50%,
      -Y at 100%.
      That said, if you otherwise like this setup you have, you can always ensure that the health percentage is showing and use that as a guideline (Panels tab -> text -> check the "SHOW" box under "Hitpoints" and select "percent."

      @@fast_cats Hey ! Thanks again for the complete info :) it actually helped me a lot I played a bit with setting, I resized them and I checked "Only Dispellable Debuffs" and Its ok now ! it doesn't show prideful or the dungeon timer buff.. Again Thank you so much because Without this video and your help I couldn't even find this options xD

      @@majedmk4799 You're welcome! I usually play with "only dispellable debuffs" up myself, mainly because if I can't dispel it, I don't want to have to think too much about it! I can see where it might be useful to see, say, stacks of Necrotic, but I don't think that playstyle is for me haha. Have a great day!

    "simplistic "from the ground up" types of tutorials" are definitely rare, if at all available. I'm in the position of how do I chose where what goes and such? I've downloaded the addon but have never ever deployed it because the very first time I did, there were all kinds of things all over my screen that I had no idea what to do with. So wish me luck in trying it again. However, coming into your play with it already setup and being used is rather intimidating for me. I am so glad you started with a fresh character to show how to set it up. Thank you very much.

    • @fast_cats
      @fast_cats  2 года назад

      I agree. It's really sad how few simple guides there are for VuhDo. I could do an even simpler version than this, though I feel like my version for "Classic" pretty much fills that void. You could theoretically skip the frame setup and go straight to adding in spells and which HoTs you want to see and be done with setup in less than 10 minutes.
      I hope you managed to get things set up for yourself and that it's working well for you! If you have any questions please feel free to let me know. I'm not always able to get an answer but I do try!

    Thank you. I have used VuhDo before but dropped it because it was a pain to configure other than my spells. One of the things I discovered is that when setting up the healing spells you can drag the spell from your Spell Book and drop it off in the slot and it will type it for you :D. Also I have multiple healers and after spending time setting up all the sizing and layout I saved the profile in the Tools tab and copied it over to my Shaman. But this breakdown was great because I was fighting every other option trying to figure out how to size and color everything. Recommended the video to a couple of my other friends also arguing with VuhDo.

    in the video of your gameplay how do we show the icons of buffs to the left of the HP bars?

    • @fast_cats
      @fast_cats  4 года назад +1

      If you're talking about the five little vertical buttons, that's actually something totally separate. I have really bad arthritis so I do have to click some spells. That's just another bar I put there from Dominos so that it's close enough to the bars I can click on them while also healing! If you mean the horizontal bar beneath my characters, that's a WeakAura.
      If you want to show cooldowns for other people's abilities next to your health bars, there's an addon called OmniCD that does that. I started using it recently and I really like it, because it shows when, say, the prot warrior tank is using Ignore Pain/shield block/shield wall, and you can also see when it's on cooldown.

    • @mannar.7562
      @mannar.7562 3 года назад

      @@ngzhiwei4230 I had to really fiddle with Omni CD to get it to work. Make sure you go into the different "types" of situations you might use it (battlegrounds, dungeons, solo, etc) and mess with it there. By default it only works in groups, specifically instanced content, so there's no easy way to "test" it outside of that (which is very frustrating). I just made sure it was on by default in all content except battlegrounds (I don't want cooldowns for 40 people to show up in AV, for example) and that worked for me. Best of luck!

    • @fast_cats
      @fast_cats  3 года назад +1

      Hi there! It can be tricky to know where to start, especially if this is your first healer and your first time using a healing addon like this. Here's how my holy priest is set up: you could try it and see if it works for you!
      (No modifier key) - Wheel up: Power Word: Shield, Wheel down: Renew, Left Click: Heal, Right Click: Prayer of Mending
      (Ctrl modifier) - Left Click: Holy Word: Serenity, Right Click: Guardian Spirit
      (Shift Modifier) - Left Click: Flash Heal, Right Click: Purify
      (Alt Modifier) - Both left and Right Click: Power Infusion
      For non-vuh Spells:
      1-smite
      2-sw:pain
      3-holy fire
      4- chastise
      5-boon of the ascended (kyrian only)
      6-power word death
      x-dispel magic
      wheel up - powerword: shield (to use on myself on the go)
      wheel down - circle of healing
      shift wheel up - holy word: sanctify
      shift wheel down - prayer of healing
      f-leap of faith
      r-divine star
      g-holy nova
      t-angelic feather
      I set my drink to F3 (which for me is bound to a mouse button) and F12 (another mouse button bind) for power word fortitude. I don't play my holy priest too often, so I'm pretty sure if I was really trying hard to push keys with her, I'd move some binds around (like Power Word: Fortitude, which could be clicked at the start of a dungeon and doesn't need to be bound).
      What I try to do on all my healers is: come up with a pattern and try to stick with it. So, my cheaper, slower heal is always a leftclick with no modifer (heal, healing wave, holy light, vivify, shadow mend) and my fast, more expensive heal is a left click with a shift modifier (flash heal, healing surge, flash of light, enveloping mist). Every single healer dispels with shift-right click (so no matter who I'm on, I always know what my dispel button is).
      My keybinds make sense to me, but you might find as you play that something different works better for you than what works for me. My holy priest doesn't see any M+ while my resto shaman is much more likely to, so I try not to overload my holy priest with keybinds I won't remember if I don't play her for three weeks, and keep things simple enough that I'll be able to pick it back up whenever I like. If your hpriest is your main, or an alt you're serious about, you might find that binding more things (or doing it differently) feels better. Try a few things out and see how it goes!

    Do you have any idea how to customize the positioning of the hots?
    At 16:03 you have chosen the second "hots-preset" (or whatever we want to call it). Obviously as a druid who wants to track his hots, the positioning of the hots preset is absolutely useless. Now, of course I could play around and use the specific number in order to choose the location of my hots on my frames.
    The issue I am having is: I want at the position of #4, my hots shall appear from right (border) to the left (all the way to the #5)
    I must be missing something because I can not imagine the guy who made this addon absolutely skipped a basic setting like this :/
    I basically want a simple hot distribution which appeals to me. Kinda like this:
    Bottom right (going left): several hots but not overlapping, in form of icons.
    Top right (going left): defensives which I set myself via bouquets and these should be displayed in form of icons.
    Middle of the frame is kinda irrelevant atm.
    Bottom left (going right): debuff icons which I set up myself as well.
    Now I found the settings for everything except for how to position all these icons the way I want to on the frames/bars. Does it make sense?
    Like this kinda: imgur.com/QzK5SVs

      I understand what you're saying, but unfortunately I have no idea how to pull that off. I've always used the hot presets even with all my druid healers; it's never been an issue for me. Maybe you can mess around with the section right above the "presets" where it gives you other positions as options? I'd fiddle with it, but I'm not currently playing. I do think a different healing addon does what you're describing, but I can't for the life of me think of what it is. Maybe you could try asking on the WoW subreddit? I would imagine someone there would have an idea. If you don't feel super comfortable posting randomly, they do a Midweek Mending thread on Wednesdays that might be good for it, too. :)
      Good luck!

      @@fast_cats Thank you for your response. The section aove the presets does indeed do what I want, unfortunately only for one category. Basically I have to choose if I either use my hots or bouquets. The only workaround I found to make it work, was to remove bouquets and replace it with my own made weakauras. I was looknig for hours on the internet if anyone knows how to adjust the positioning, I just couldn't imagine the guys who made this addon forgot to implement such a basic setting.

    • @fast_cats
      @fast_cats  8 месяцев назад +1

      Depending on the version you use, it's my understanding that some of those features don't work very well anymore because they haven't been maintained. I never had a problem sorting the way I prefer (which I believe is a me first + healer/tank/damage order), but in Classic WoW some of these things just don't work at all (the addon is maintained via volunteers now there, I believe).
      I wish I had a better solution for you, but if the sorting isn't working at all, it might just be a lost cause. You can double check to make sure something else in sorting isn't overriding your "sort by class" choice, though (like "me first" is a big one that could).

      Hi there! I had someone on my other video ask the same question. Unfortunately I'm not subscribed right now so I can't do a video showing off how to do this, but:
      1.) You can save the look of your bars by picking a profile name & saving it (I think my other video might go over how to do this, but it's pretty straightforward), and then on a character you want to use it on, go to the profile section and select it and press "Apply." Again, this saves/uses the look of your bars (height/width/textures/et cetera).
      2.) To save your keybinds (for example, for dual spec) you can go to Tools -> Key Layouts. You should have to pick a name for it. If I'm remembering correctly, there should be a checkbox for loading in specific specs, too, to let you switch effortlessly between holy and disc on the same character without having to redo all your keybinds!
      Let me know if it works out for you. :D Happy Healing!

    How can I track other player's defensives and globals, and also my externals such as ironbark, blessing sacrifice, blessing of protection; etc. Please help!!!😩😫🙁😞

    • @fast_cats
      @fast_cats  3 года назад +1

      Grab the addon OmniCD to track other people's defensives. It's highly customizable so you can choose what defensives show, and where they show on your screen! It's harder to show your externals. Off the top of my head I don't remember 100%, but I'm pretty sure you go to General -> Bouquets -> New. Type a name in (in your case, you might want "Externals" or something for your name) and then hit Add. Make sure the "select default icon" always says default (and/or 'none'), and then you can add your spells to the list. The higher on the list the item is, that means it takes priority. For example, if you want to track BoP and BoS separately, you might need to make two bouquets to do it. (If you do not do them separately, and BoP is above BoS in your list, if you have used both spells, you will only see BoP's icon.)
      Once you've done this, you should be able to go to HoT Icons and select the name(s) of your bouquets from the dropdown.

    My biggest problem with vuhdo is using my left mouse button to trade with raid members to give gear I don’t need and instead cast renew or rejuvenate. How do I fix that? Additionally, some toons still have blizzard frame of yourself, target, focus frame which is what I want but I can’t duplicate that on several of my other toons. I love the left and right mouse buttons for healing but not when I can’t left click to target, trade/inspect or cast non-mouseover macros.

    • @fast_cats
      @fast_cats  3 года назад

      I'd recommend setting a keybind to "target" -- I usually use alt-click for that. All you have to do is type "target" (without the quotation marks) into a keybind like alt-right click, and when you alt-rightclick, you will target that person. That way you can keep the more accessible keys for healing but you still have a way to target other players.
      I'm not sure what to do about the blizzard frames; I don't personally use them myself.

    Hi - quick question! How do you remember what keybinds/mouse click binds are what? I usually use healbot but want to use vuhoo. Healbot when you hover over frame is has a little info box that tells you which mouse clicks are assigned (inc shift, alt etc). I can’t find this with vuhdo

    • @fast_cats
      @fast_cats  2 года назад

      Hi there! Depending on your class it can be easy to memorize. I think hpal is the hardest to do just because you have SO MANY SPELLS that can be cast on other people! But in general I tend to assign keybinds/clicks on all my healers that feel "similar" -- which I realize is totally arbitrary and probably confusing, so let me try to explain. This has been my method since Cataclysm, when all healers had the same types of heals: so a slow efficient heal, a very slow huge heal, and a fast expensive heal. Back then, it was easy to jump from healer to healer, because everyone had a selection of abilities that felt "familiar." That isn't quite the case these days, but my method is...kind of a holdover from those days.
      So left click: my spammable heal. This would include Healing Wave, Heal, Holy Light, Vivify, Shadow Mend, Regrowth.
      Right click: another heal I use a lot, usually a utility heal: Chain Heal, Prayer of Mending, Word of Glory, Soothing Mist, Penance, Rejuvenation.
      Shift left click: fast or expensive heal: Healing Surge, Flash Heal, Flash of Light, Enveloping Mists, (Power Infusion, since disc doesn't have a heal that matches), Swiftmend.
      Shift right click: dispel! for every healer! (This way no matter what character I'm on, I know what my cleanse/dispel button is!)
      Ctrl+left click is for defensives (Guardian Spirit, Pain Sup, Ironbark, etc)
      Wheel up: Earth Shield, Power Word: Shield, Beacon, (Nothing for MW), Cenarion Ward
      Wheel down: Riptide, Renew, Holy Shock, Renewing Mists, Lifebloom
      Sometimes I wander into the shift wheel up/down (Unleash Life, Blessing of Seasons) or the alt+clicks (paladin blessings) but moooost of the time I can get the bulk on my spells in with just left/right click + shift and control modifiers, plus the wheel up and down buttons. Any other type of spell (Efflo, Healing Rain, Cloudburst, Wild Growth, Light of Dawn, Healing Circle, etc) gets bound to keyboard buttons as I tend to cast on the ground or off of me.
      I don't think VuhDo has an option to show what is assigned the way that Healbot does--at least, I've never seen an option like that. But in my experience it's just a matter of "practice makes perfect." The best way to get used to your keybinds in a low risk environment is to queue for battlegrounds and try them out there. Raid Finder is also an option that's less risky. There's also the "just stand there and spam heals on your own frame and build muscle memory" but it's not as fun. ;P
      Sorry this ended up so long. I hope it helped at least a little!

    Now that I've been using Vuhdo for resto shaman raid healing, I've started to do smaller groups (reg/m+ dungeons) as well. My problem: for some reason when I save a heal setup w/the bar configuration I want, it seems to forget what its was set for and either gives me a screen full of character boxes or only one. I tend to want to use a particular setup with several different box configurations, but find I have to do those manually just before we start...every. single. time. So I can't see where Vuhdo can save both the heal setup and the box/row configurations together.
    Why can't a raid heal setup save the box/row configuration necessary? and...why does a small 5-man group have to be done manually, because nothing stays with it when I design a M setup? I can't find anything anywhere that shows me how to save my raid healing setup that keeps the player box/row setup designed for the raid size I chose. The same happens when I chose my M+ healing setup where all the player boxes never show up and I have to manually redo the setup I had wanted for a 5-man group.
    Is there any way to save a profile that includes both the healing setup and the group sizing together so all I have to do is click on the appropriate saved profile to get exactly what I want?

    • @fast_cats
      @fast_cats  2 года назад

      Hi there! My brain is a bit fried so apologies in advance for that. I personally only switch profiles for large group content (raid group sized), but my key setups are the same across the board. I just upload my raid profile when I queue into an epic battleground, for example, and when I get into a M+ group I change the profile back to my main one. Are you utilizing the different profiles and it's still not saving your configuration?
      Also, can I ask what type of configuration you're going for? Like is your M+ setup horizontal and your raid setup vertical and those types of settings are not saving with the profile?

    • @fast_cats
      @fast_cats  3 года назад +1

      You're welcome! OmniCD is incredibly useful no matter your level of play. Even if you're not super familiar with every class in the game (as I am), you can at least see that *something* was used, and that helps you react accordingly.
      As to my favorite healer, I rank them something like this: resto shaman >> resto druid, > holy priest > holy paladin/disc priest >> mistweaver monk. I'm not the type to play things that are "on meta" but I mained resto shaman for years, and the benefit of the class is mostly that it doesn't change too much. Not only does resto shaman feel like it has an answer to everything, but the numbers are very satisfying right now with any covenant choice.
      Resto druid feels really good, especially in a decent group, but does feel a bit hectic when you're in a pug where the tank doesn't have a lot of mitigation options or simply isn't great at tanking. While a shaman can just spam heal without issue, druids aren't so great at that. Had a leveling HoA where I ended up leaving because the tank tried to pull too big and our dps wasn't high enough for me to heal through Thrash + a billion adds endlessly--especially when the animated sins were flocking to me like moths to the flame!! Spamming Regrowth just isn't very good, so you try to blanket the team in HoTs/convoke/tranq but then you don't have an answer for the next pull.
      If I concentrate on holy priest for a bit, I start getting super comfortable with it. It has a lot of potential and especially in a group where people are standing closer together on a regular basis, PoM and HW:S feel nice.
      Hpal and Discpriest feel similarly to me. They are both excellent healers but not great for pug healing--which is all I do. Paladin can carry a bit more in this department because they do have a lot of cooldowns to assist the group (BoS, BoP, bubble, LotM, wings) but if disc falls behind they're stuck just spamming shadow mends and praying the dps can take down the boss/adds before they run out of mana. I'm experimenting with different holy paladin builds to see if I can find something more pug friendly that isn't quite so reliant on me always being in melee (mostly looking at a Light of the Martyr build, which is kind of dangerous to use in close melee), but the character just hit 50 yesterday so I'll work on that soon and see if I can find something I like that isn't the clunky glimmer build. (Disclaimer: Glimmer is great in a coordinated group, not so much in pugs sometimes.)
      Mistweaver is quite fun and has good utility, but every spell takes up so much mana that I can't rank it higher. :)
      What about you? Who is your favorite to use?

    • @Souloez
      @Souloez 3 года назад +1

      @@fast_cats i like resto shaman due to the fact it has a interrupt, and the mana usage is fairly low, im going through the shadow lands campaign now on my resto shaman just got out of the maw introduction and landed in oribos. as for 2nd place i think that's gonna have to go to discipline priest i like the fact of having to deal damage for healing injured allies/foes it makes healing less boring and i like to compete with dps for the meters to see who did the most damage! 3rd place is holy paladin just because its the tankyest of all the healers and it can take the most damage due to the fact that they wear plate armor, makes me feel safe in hard hitting situations. 4th place is restoration druid the only reason why its ranked so low in the list is because i feel like there HPS was a lot higher in BFA i could cast 2-3 HoT's on a party member and they would go to full life in a matter of seconds. i think blizzard nerfed resto druids to the ground in shadow lands. as of now it requires all HoT's and than some more! just to even get them to half health. 5th place is Mistweaver monk just due to the mana issues...blizz if your reading this..hey! show them some love and let them cast some skills before having to take a drink from a mage!

      I'm not 100% sure and I'm not home for another 5-6 hours to even look, but I think you'd have to make a bouquet and then go to the HoT Icons page and find the bouquet from the drop-down to put in that slot for each one.

      @@fast_cats Hi! Thank you for your quick reply! So I followed your suggestion and it works! But the problem is that the icons shown are (a) glossy and not the actual icons of the HOTs and (b) they are shown as stacked HOTs and not separately. However, this allows me to track renew from other priests at a different slot.
      The other way to track the HOTs of other healers, is that you simply go to the HOTs menu and in the drop down list you can find the choice "other players' hots". This one shows the true icons of abilities but they are stacked again. This one also includes all the renews from other priests so it becomes a mesh-up.
      I tried out the first way last night in a raid and it was super helpful. Even though I'd prefer to have the actual icons of the druid HOTs, it's better than nothing! If you can find a way to show the actual HOTs icons through Buquet, please let me know!

      @@whitemagick4 Two suggestions, as this worked for me when I tested it via my two accounts (on a druid and priest).
      1.) Make a bouquet for each HoT you want to track. You're obviously limited here, but you can track the main druid hots if you're healing in an organized raid, so maybe Regrowth, Rejuv, Lifebloom.
      2.) When creating the bouquet, there's a dropdown that says "select default icon." Change "glossy" to "None/Default" on each spell as or after you add it to the list. I set up two different profiles since I most recently was playing Classic and with 25 mans you can't have 25 big panels on your screen. (I leave them up like this for 10 mans, though.) I save my main profile under a name (like "BEST") and then change the panel size and save that profile as "RAID." Then all you have to do is switch profiles to heal a raid without them taking up your entire screen.
      I believe this is under the Tools tab on the bottom right, next to "Move." Once you get the profile you want, go to that tab, type in the name you want, and hit "Save." Then go back into the panels and make them much smaller, and head back to the Tools tab and name those panels "Raid." You should then be able to flip back and forth between the two by selecting the profile from the dropdown and hitting "Apply." Double check that all your other settings are the same, but they should match up.
      That said, if you have the default raid panels showing as well, make sure you go into your Interface Options settings and turn those off. You don't need two sets of raid frames.

      I no longer use these for myself (I just moved my bars up instead) so they do need some fine-tuning for Dragonflight, but you can find other similar addons if you're looking for something more plug-n-play on the Wago.io website!

      @@asteriosanagnostou3243 I started very small with WeakAuras and only used the same 2 basic formats for them (cooldowns & buffs)...mostly so I wouldn't have to learn too much! LOL. It was a hard decision to stop using mine because I liked them visually but felt I was just reiterating information that was on my bars already, and decided to just move my bars up to make cooldowns more visible at a glance (and then also clickable if I was doing anything mindlessly). I just logged into Dragonflight yesterday to really play, so I haven't done much yet, but I did turn off a bunch of addons and decided to rely more heavily on the base UI. Don't get me wrong, though, some WAs are really useful (like the one that I use when Hammer of Wrath is available, for example) but I think it gets easy to overdo it.

      Hi! My weakaura is based on Growl's WA that you can find here: wago.io/qNqDKuFyf
      His is for resto druids so if you play that spec you can just use his WA. I've modified that WeakAura for most of the classes/specs I play in a way I like better, but I don't have them uploaded anywhere. If I ever get them cleaned up I might make them publicly accessible though!

    • @fast_cats
      @fast_cats  3 года назад

      Around 26:23, I show my shaman WeakAura as well. I'm not very fast at using WA, at least not fast/good enough to do a tutorial, but I could probably work on uploading all of my weakauras for other people to import if you might be interested in that. It's pretty easy to edit if you know the basics already, too, but even if you don't know, it's not too hard to figure out.
      If you'd rather try to learn how to customize it to your taste, I suggest getting Growl's WeakAura; it's almost the same as mine (since mine is based on his) but his is WAY more sophisticated! You can find that here: wago.io/_Rf9PV-kv
      But his is based on the Reich WeakAura which someone modified for Shadowlands use here: wago.io/SXawVLORy
      Hope that helps! All you have to do to import is type /wa in game, hit "import," and then paste the string, which you can copy on the webpages I've linked. :D

    Is there an addon similar to this but without auto casting clicks? Default blizzard raid frame is dogshit and I want to know who has aggro, incoming healing, dispell debuff colors etc. just like this addon but without clicking.

    • @fast_cats
      @fast_cats  Год назад

      Technically you can set left-click in VuhDo to "target" (so when you left-click a frame, you'll target that player, just like base raid frames). You can then delete all the other "click" fields so that they're blank and/or change them to things that might be useful to you (like "target" and "assist"). This would allow VuhDo to function similar to the base raid-frames but still show dispel colors, incoming healing, HoT icons (if you want to see them), and aggro. You can use mouseover macros with VuhDo frames the same way you do for any other frames (I do this for some spells), or if you prefer to target players and then use your spells from your bars/hotkeys, you can do that too. 👍
      I actually think it's pretty common for VuhDo users to avoid the click-healing aspect of the addon and just use it with mouseover macros or target-healing, because the other features of the addon are so useful. :D Hopefully this helps!

    I'm loving your UI setup. Could it be possible that you might at some point go though what you use and how you set it up?
    I'm especially curious about the bar down under your toon. How does it work, what addon and it's function?

      Hi Ida! Good to meet you! I'm glad you like the UI setup; I'd be happy to go through my addons and show how to set things up, though I will admit that since I made this video I've been on a UI overhauling spree. My current UI looks like this: imgur.com/a/xJmiv4n and I'm constantly working to try and improve it. If you'd still like a little walkthrough feel free to let me know and I could put something together.
      The fancy bar under my character is a WeakAura that I use for showing cooldowns so that I don't have to look all the way down at my bars to see if an ability is off cooldown. It's probably 50% function and 50% aesthetics, though.
      As to the nameplates, there are times I wish they were bigger, but I also sit pretty close to my screen (I know, this is terrible to do), so I can still see them without wearing my glasses. I need to remember to force them to stack on all my alts, though, because overlapping plates are extremely chaotic.

    • @fast_cats
      @fast_cats  3 года назад

      If you switch talents you have two options. One is to just change the names of the talents as you switch them in VuhDo (when applicable). The other is to make a separate key layout for each talent setup, and switch key layouts when you switch talents. I know that key layouts can be set to auto-switch with specs, but I don't know about talents. Definitely check it out! They're under Tools -> Key Layouts. I'd recommend just naming each key layout after the talent in question to make it easy to remember. :) Hope that helps!

      Hi there! I can definitely help. I'm going to suggest looking at my video on Necrotic and Grievous: I show you how to use "bouquets" there, and this is how you can get buffs OR debufs to show in your hot icon slots that don't already appear there through the addon. So what you'll do is make a bouquet for Echo and then put that bouquet in slot #3 like you're wanting. Be sure to follow the steps exactly, including editing the icon to be "none/default" or it won't work the way you want.
