    You are great mind .. i am just wondering if i find a property condition like that " Building Quality: C " is that bad or good ?

    • @Ted-Thomas
      @Ted-Thomas  2 года назад +1

      Thanks for your question. I don’t know what your grading system is, I am assuming you are saying A, B, C, or D. If C is used and abused the majority of the properties you will be able to buy are used and abused. The pretty houses people bid too high, the junker houses aren’t worthwhile. - Ted Thomas

    did you hear state of florida claim there was a default? what is the name of the one actually claiming anyone owes a property tax to anyone? who is the claimant with firsthand testimony claiming tax is owed to someone?

      If I’m interpreting your question correctly, the unpaid county would be the claimant verifying no taxes have been paid.

    If I'm the lien certificate holder/owner, are there additional costs I'd have to pay to request a tax default auction? If so, am I also paid for those costs after the auction or solely the value of the certificate plus the interest?

    • @Ted-Thomas
      @Ted-Thomas  Год назад

      Thanks for asking your question, if you own multiple years in Florida and there is no redemption from the property owner you will request the county reauction, check with the county, and see if there are any charge for doing so, I don’t believe there is. Regarding the second question, after the county preforms the defaulted auction you will either own the property or you will get paid. - Ted Thomas

    If the house goes into foreclosure can the tax lien certificate owner just buy it?

    • @Ted-Thomas
      @Ted-Thomas  11 месяцев назад +1

      No, In Florida it will go to a second auction, which is the tax deed auction - Ted Thomas team

      @@Ted-Thomas so regardless the ONLY way to own that home whether you have the certificate is to get it through an auction? Sorry for all the questions lol. You just answer them very well
