That he's to blame. That Touya's victims are his victims. Deku's words got him out of that. Those actions weren't his, they were Dabi's.

The "Sparkly bits" on Bakugo were his explosion Quirk evolved. Just like Toga's Quirk grew in the fight with the reporter, when she was on the verge of death, his did the same. Basically his explosions are stronger now.

Bakugo's sparkles are a new kind of explosion he did on the spot with pure instinct. They're described in the manga as particle like explosions. It's just a new way of igniting his sweat, like a thousand medium explosions instead of just a couple big ones. These new ones are way faster and stronger than the big ones bc there's so many. So he basically levelled up lol

Actually, if I recall correctly, Dabi's hair was always white in the manga. In the anime, I think his hair turning from red to white just serves as a retcon due to the animation studio mistakenly making his hair red in season 2.
Dabi is completely unhinged. He may actually be the most terrifying and insane villain in the series so far. Him and Shoto clashing is inevitable at this point.
Didnt you pay attention to the flashback? it showed you that Dabi was exaggerating a lot of the stuff he was saying. Endeavor loved his children. Even when Toya didnt have the ice quirk he wanted he still trained him and accepted him as his successor. You could also see his wife smiling when she watched them train. Also Dabi saying that he forced her to have more children is also wrong since his wife suggested herself to give him more siblings. It seems that things only started to change after Toyas death. Thats what probably traumatized Endeavor and the whole family.
