I love Leslie singing in the video with the Stapleton’s. I never heard it and today as we get the news he is with “his daddy in heaven” it is really moving. He said at the opera at the end of a moving hymn “I’m gonna see my daddy”. He was so moved that all the big country stars agreed to do his album and sing all the old baptist hymns for his album and was overwhelmed by spiritual emotion. My favorite is the one I posted where he sings with a Chris and Morgane Stapleton. It was really beautiful and moving and Leslie shed a tear at the end. But he was also very joyful.

They are doing concerts here but following mask and covid protocol. In fact Foo Fighters are playing the 930 club tonight but masks and immunizations/negative Covid test are required. I know a LOT of people, myself included, who are not comfortable doing concerts inside yet. I LOVE Merryweather and would go see a show there but sit on the lawn away from people :) We have the shot but breakthrough cases are real :( My partner is a lighting designer as well and is starting to see gigs book again finally. He has worked more in the last 5 days than the last year and a half combined. So if you come to town here let me know! And if you need a lighting designer when you do come, also let me know ;)
